Now Dr Bauer has left this practice and I requested my records be sent to her new office. It has been three weeks and they have not sent the records nor communicated with me at all. The doctors may be amazing but the office staff is not. I don't know if they are understaffed or just have no sense of urgency to do the jobs that need to be done but it's extremely frustrating.
