Around 3:20pm, I asked if they are still running late, and the receptionist said not for long. At 3:30pm, someone came in wearing scrubs and looked like the receptionist knew her and they chatted and later on went to the back. The receptionist took me to a room around 3:35pm and at that point I was sure that Janet will come soon after, knowing that no clients were there. I sat in that room and waited and could clearly hear Janet chatting with the lady who just came in across the hallway (seemed like the lady stopped by just to chat) They were loud and talking about personal stuff. Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize. NOPE, I guess there is no consideration or customer care. Never going there again, and will no recommend to people. You could the best at your business, but with a treatment like this?! You are a terrible professional and business owner.

I was still attending after 10 sessions hoping the hair would stop growing but it didn't and I noticed the prices kept going up outrageously for no reason every other month as if i was being over charged. I was greeted by an impossibly beautiful Barbie girl who helped me get checked in then Salisse took me to the cozy treatment room. Once settled in the lounge chair, a heated lavender eye mask covered half my face to relax me while my hands & feet were massaged and wrapped in paraffin wax plus essential oils before being enveloped in heated mitts. As I melted into the chair, my face was steamed, cleansed, exfoliated, aloe gel masked, tightening masked, moisturized and massaged. My neck, shoulders, and decollage were treated as well. When I was done I didn't look or feel gloopy which unfortunately happens at the end of many facials. All the products absorbed perfectly into my skin and I was ready to go out for the day. Before I left Salisse gave me a bottle of cold water, it's important to stay hydrated! I definitely recommend that you try this spa!

I have had IPL and PICO laser treatments in the past (not here), so I understand that multiple treatments are often needed for full results and clearer skin. I wasn't expecting perfect results from one treatment, but I was certainly expecting some indication that the areas had actually been treated. Instead, it seems like additional spots that hadn't even surfaced before were brought out, so I now feel like I have twice as many spots. None of the treated spots have flaked off or improved, and I also have a wound on my shoulder that bled and still has not healed, which was not there before the treatment. I texted their texting line to let them know what was happening and received **no response at all.** At my follow-up appointment, the doctor came in and immediately wanted to do more laser. At that point, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to do another treatment. While I was waiting for the doctor, my daughter actually pointed out a roach crawling on the wall behind me. The office itself is dingy and simply does not feel clean or well maintained. The front desk staff initially seems nice, but when you ask questions or express concerns, the attitude quickly becomes irritated and passive-aggressive. I paid almost $600 and, almost three weeks later, feel that my skin is worse than when I walked in. I'm extremely disappointed with both the results and the lack of follow-up or concern when I reached out. My advice is to take your time finding a reputable dermatologist. It may take longer to get an appointment, but in my experience, it's worth waiting for a place you feel comfortable trusting with your skin.
