I came in for a free introductory visit on May 6, and by the time I left, I had already signed up for a membership. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The facility is beautiful, calming, and incredibly inviting. The staff is exceptional--they provide personalized care, explain every treatment thoroughly, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I visit every Tuesday and Thursday, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments. On Tuesdays, I start with leg compression therapy and a relaxing Red Light Therapy Facial. Then it's time for Whole Body Cryotherapy--definitely an experience! Three minutes in that chamber feels like forever, but the staff stays with you the entire time, talking and encouraging you, which makes it so much easier to get through. After that, I move on to Kaasen Pro Body Slimming (localized cryotherapy to target stubborn fat) and finish with Stimsculpt Body Sculpting to help tone and tighten my muscles. On Thursdays, I receive my weekly Tirzepatide injection, another Body Sculpting session, and spend time in the amazing Red Light Sauna, which leaves me feeling refreshed. Once a month, I also receive a lipo-mino injection, an IV drip, a weigh-in, and a coaching session that keeps me motivated and accountable. What truly sets Rise apart is how they treat their members.
