I would think while waiting on Vanessa "maybe if i sit here quietly with headphones in she won't speak to me" but NO she would literally go out her way making herself seen speaking louder for me to speak to her. Vanessa was the tech to do my sessions, she is ok but after 10 session i was literally just throwing money away. I was still attending after 10 sessions hoping the hair would stop growing but it didn't and I noticed the prices kept going up outrageously for no reason every other month as if i was being over charged. The excuse to why the price was going up was (it's the machine we have to do maintenance on it) which is bogus.

The receptionist took me to a room around 3:35pm and at that point I was sure that Janet will come soon after, knowing that no clients were there. I sat in that room and waited and could clearly hear Janet chatting with the lady who just came in across the hallway (seemed like the lady stopped by just to chat) They were loud and talking about personal stuff. Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize. NOPE, I guess there is no consideration or customer care. Never going there again, and will no recommend to people. You could the best at your business, but with a treatment like this?! You are a terrible professional and business owner.

I was greeted by an impossibly beautiful Barbie girl who helped me get checked in then Salisse took me to the cozy treatment room. Once settled in the lounge chair, a heated lavender eye mask covered half my face to relax me while my hands & feet were massaged and wrapped in paraffin wax plus essential oils before being enveloped in heated mitts. As I melted into the chair, my face was steamed, cleansed, exfoliated, aloe gel masked, tightening masked, moisturized and massaged. My neck, shoulders, and decollage were treated as well. When I was done I didn't look or feel gloopy which unfortunately happens at the end of many facials. All the products absorbed perfectly into my skin and I was ready to go out for the day. Before I left Salisse gave me a bottle of cold water, it's important to stay hydrated! I definitely recommend that you try this spa!

This made it a bit sketchy. But as you walk in the place on second floor, it will look more like a beauty spa. I will probably keep on coming back to maintain results.
