I recently got looped into some very large garden projects, and so I've graduated from making do with whatever local stuff I could find, to really narrowing in on some very specialty irrigation items. That led me online, and to the folks here at Drip Depot. Most of the stuff I was looking for I was able to find, and placed a large order (large by my standards... probably not much for a big irrigation supplier) and waited eagerly. I was warned on the website that they're adding a few extra days to their order times due to the heavy volume this time of year, so I calculated the time and waited. From the time I placed my order to the time I received my box, it was 10 days. 8 business days. As I'm in Utah and they're in Oregon, the shipping was not cross-country, so I was a little bummed that it took that long, but I guess I got fair warning. Everything arrived tidily packed, with clear included instructions, and in excellent condition. All the stuff inside was top-notch, exactly what I wanted, and although time will tell how well it does and how long it lasts, I am very pleased with the order and how very nerdily specific the items are that I ordered. After installation, it worked beautifully. I like that they offer the ability to drill down to what you want. The way the website is set up is REALLY helpful and their support article and videos were wonderful as I clicked into each item and then learned more about it. Really fantastic, helpful, and cool. It's kind of a double-edged sword, however. They let you start with a product, then select more and more specs as you go, and it gives you a glimpse into inventory you would like and they don't carry. For example, if you're looking at drip tape, you can drill down to the thickness you want, and the emitter spacing, and the length. If you're after 12" spacing or even 6" spacing, you have loads of options. If you want 4" spacing, you're really limited to spools that are thousands of feet long, rather than the several hundred I needed. Pressure regulators are the bane of my existence right now, and though they have incredible pricing on combination regulator/filters, they only come in 25psi or 45 psi, and most of the system specs I'm after range 30-40psi. They do, however, let you choose between 1" and 3/4" and holy cow, that right there is huge and something you rarely find anywhere else. I'd for sure make another order here. I've spent hours on their website now, and between the tidy packaging and informative site, it's been a long learning process that they've helped with. I can understand a few inventory gaps and hopefully next year, will have more time to plan ahead and can avoid the lengthy delays I had this year. read more

Drip depot was my final choice for irrigation system. Because I am not too savvy to gather all materials myself, I used their delux kit option. For my 6 beds, but honestly enough material to do one more (in my garden case). I had reached out to them prior to ordering with a few questions concerning my exact layout and to ask what options I have for it. I was provided with detailed answers and links to all necessary parts. When my order arrived everything was packaged well and nothing was missing, I did inquire about some stakes that I thought come with the kit (ultimately they aren't part of the kit), but drip depot team just went ahead and sent them to me anyway, that's how considerent they are. It took me about three hours to put together the system for 6 beds (8x4). Some of that time was mustering up courage. I watched all the informative videos they have available and I was very confident I will do great and if I have any hiccups, I can email drip depot and get timely assistance. This is the dumbest store in the fu@@ing planet. They don't even have a phone line for you to call anybody. They one they didn't have asked for the parties extension and hangs up on you! They do not allow you to take calls or give calls they will not let you call him before you drive an hour and a half to go to the store. This store absolutely wants me and it's customers to waste time drive an hour and a half to get there to find out that they may or may not have the parts we need but I can't get a hold of anybody on the phone at all. Just simply ask him I had to email the company and wait and hope that email doesn't hit my spam folder. This is the dumbest business I have ever encountered in my life. read more

this wasmy first order with drip depot. shipment was missing part of one item and another altogether. and i also ordered another product incorrectly that i asked to exchange. support is only thru email. they said i was trying to get a free replacement for the misordered product. and, so far, are only shipping me one part of my missing items, after telling me they have scanners and video saying ever was in the box. which is messed up, because they weren't in there! this all happens in way too many emails. fustrating. i'd rather pay shipping and get solid customer service from dripworks.com. taking my business back to them. im glad others have done well with drip depot. definitely not my experience. read more

I purchased an EZ-Flo Fertilizing System form the company. Within a year the container cracked in two places on the top. I have contacted the company through their website opening a ticket which included pictures of the manufactured defect on the seams. They have never responded. Their website has no phone number to speak to a customer service rep. I would think twice before a buy a product from them. read more

My experience was wonderful from the beginning to the end! I found them by searching a irrigation product I was looking for. I checked out their website and found it very user friendly! Especially since I am a senior and not tech savvy. Their website offers so much information and caters to all learning styles with written explanation, video and help options. I thought if their website is so carefully constructed for their customers, their products must be good! I decided to try 10 pieces of the drip irrigation I had been looking for. Not much of a loss if they aren't good, I thought. I might add I have been looking for some time and have tried many other products from other companies/sites, only to be disappointed. I received them in good time at a good price, packaged well, including a "Thank You" card and a couple of candies. I was impressed with the effort of personal touch! I hooked them up (made really easy by the tutorial on their site) and was over the moon delighted to see they performed beautifully!
