We ordered non-alcoholic berry nojito drinks and a tip the cow beer, the pizza we ordered was a large NY style works. The server was amiable and attentive in fact, a bit chatty but fun. Making reservations also helps keep track of points earned for their loyalty program and automatically applies them when you close out your bill. It is definitely loud in here but being a 4:30 reservation, we were able to get one of their smaller 'snugs', a cozy room just for your party. Ordered online and picked up after a long day of travel and play. Got the NY style Quattro, hot honey sausage, and cheese pizzas and was plenty for seven people. She has a great attitude, very attentive, knows the menu front to back. Emma works hard and at the same time carries on a conversation. She could converse with a janitor or a CEO. The other staff I encountered was wonderful as well. I travel a lot for business and very, very seldom do I give a response on Yelp to anything. It took a long time for our pizza to come out. When the waitress brough us our pizza, she told us their pizza was burnt and they were making another one. Our pizza was cold when she brought it out. After waiting 25 minutes, they told the waitress to cancel their order but she brought the pizza out anyway. The waitress or manager didn't offer to comp the pizza until we had to ask.
