Super professional. high quality massages tailored to your direct needs. Different therapists at different pressure levels and areas of focus. As someone who deals with chronic bouts of sciatica that can flair up, I've always found these massages work best on a regular schedule. In Sorrento Valley, I've been able to work with the great Palmy in 90 minute and 2 hour sessions. They've always been wonderful full body massage with lots of grace and care, even when I ask for firm pressure! She is extremely thorough and diligent, and has done wonders opening up my shoulders and glutes during our sessions, and has a calming, caring presence. Thank you Palmy! It has always been very easy as well to rebook with Betsy at the desk. She is extremely friendly and caring, and always on top of everything. Also, plenty of water and little corn sugar chewies :) Like I said at the start, just some of the best in San Diego! Seriously consider booking a massage for sport recovery, relaxation, or body maintenance! The Sorrento Valley location is located a short walk from the Coaster station, so if you are looking to use transit from Encinitas, Carlsbad, or Oceanside, check the schedules and plan ahead!

Unfortunately, the treatment itself was poor--we were oiled, pounded, and aggressively wiped down with rough towels. Nothing about the service was memorable or enjoyable. What completely ruined the experience was the aggressive tip demand at checkout. After leaving a $15 tip per masseuse, the manager argued with us and demanded $20 each. When we explained that the service did not warrant that much, he continued to press the issue. My sister was previously a regular for 60-minute sessions and had never been pressured like this before. His hostility spoiled the whole visit. We will definitely go elsewhere next time.
