I am disabled, and currently using a knee brace and crutches. I went into this location today to restock. I asked an employee, named Sierra, if they still had the Peanuts in Shell in stock (they frequently run out), as the items are at the BACK of the store on a bottom shelf. Her response was, "we still have 2 bags and you can go back and get them!" She then walked behind the counter, glared at me and asked, rudely, " DO YOU NEED SOMETHING?! I already told you the peanuts are in the back!" She left me embarrassed, and upset, so I left. I am CLEARLY disabled, and yet cannot get any offer of assistance at this location, while this woman is working there.

Customer service was a little slow considering we were the only ones there. Out of the 4 people there No one could figure out who should answer the phone. Carlos the assistant magager has the personality of cardboard, pretty dry and non responsive. He needs to up his game in the customer service department. They're delivery driver Felix on the other hand was the complete opposite he was pretty funny. After we paid for our tank they allowed us to store it there until our pad was ready at no extra charge, we really appreciated that. Update: delivery day - 8-28-18 Well it didn't get delivered on Tuesday at 10.30 in morning as scheduled. We called at 11 thinking they were lost because our property is hard to find even with GPS. They told us they were on the road. 1pm still not here. We call back. Ultimately there has another delivery at the same time somewhere else. They never bothered to let us know this and were sitting here waiting for them. Had to take a day off work to be here for this delivery, so yea we're mad. We rescheduled for tomorrow, we'll see. They did show up in a timely manner. Brian called us to let us know he was on his way. He was able to get our tank up the awkward hill.
