Both projects are now done so we have begun planning a much needed plumbing issue fix and bathroom remodel. This company can literally do it all. . I know they don't have a lot of online presence, but my best friend referred me to them after getting her kitchen remodeled, and they are freaking AWESOME. They are fair priced, on-time, and don't cut corners. Also they genuinely care about making their customers' visions come true. My husband and I recently purchased a home and wanted to modernize our kitchen but didn't have the budget to do a full-on kitchen renovation. We got (or tried to get) a couple of quotes from "reputable" companies in the area. One never showed, another promised us a quote and never got around to it, a third gave us a startling low quote after requesting pictures via text but their attitude & the quote did not sit right with us at all. And lastly, this duo team from Eruda Design & Build - I kid you not - came by THREE times, in person, to brainstorm with us different design ideas & to ensure the measurements were correct. Even from the get-go they were above and beyond others, but even during the renovation process, they did not disappoint. For example, I had requested my fridge to be moved to a different wall, and while they were reconfiguring all the plumbing, they found this rusting pipe that was slowly leaking water which was covered by some panels in the HVAC that even our home inspector didn't find. They let us know immediately (even though it was beyond the scope of the project) because they worried about the long-term effects of water damage that could have on our home and replaced the pipe for us. They met us at their warehouse to brainstorm & choose the quartz countertop with us, and then even met us at the tile shop to choose a backsplash together. For my husband and I who sort of had an idea of what we wanted but wasn't sure if they were the right "choices" - this kind of personal level of service was sooo helpful. In addition, they also are so handy! Did our light fixtures and even mounted a TV for us. To top it all off, they gave us a pull-out cabinet as a home welcoming gift. And as you can see from the pictures, they did an AMAZING job. It looks so much more chic and my husband and I are so grateful to Mr. Sungho and his team!

Several years ago we hired Steve to remove a load bearing wall to create a large open family room. Steve completed the project in record time and it looked perfect. In Mid-2018, we decided to add 1,000+ Sq Ft to our home to create a new Kitchen, living room and dinette space all in an open concept. What I had in my head was placed into a design by Steve and built exacted as we dreamed. It has now been nine months since the project was completed and we couldn't be happier with the finished project and Steve's work. The space looks great and we have had no problems with the workmanship. Everyone who has seen our new space has the same reaction, Wow, who did this work? There were so many complexities to this project which included the removing of a fireplace, raising a portion of the house that had settled, splitting the HVAC system to install an upstairs and downstairs unit, new plumbing, fixtures, adding a new section right next to an existing pool, the list goes on and on. Steve thoroughly planned each and every phase of construction in a timely and professional manner. To add to Steve's burden, my wife and I remained in the house throughout the 120 - 160 day construction period. We made a very large investment in our home and Steve was the only one we trusted to complete such a large project. Steve has outstanding project management skills as well as his vast experience in construction will keep any project on track. Steve and his crew were onsite 1 June through Mid-September and we had zero problems with the construction or crew. The subcontractors Steve's works with he has known for years and they are very good. We have found Steve's pricing to be fair, competitive, and honest. I would not hesitate to hire SGS Builders, Steve and Enrique, again. They are outstanding to work with and we couldn't be happier with our two projects completed by Steve.

Lots of parking. The 2 bedroom unit I toured even had ceiling fans! Very cool. I'd been communicating with Juana who was always so kind and happy to answer questions. She was VERY responsive and happy to help during my application process. I think my attempt at moving was a little premature so I ended up withdrawing my application. What's neat about this place is they have a nightly trash service where you put your trash outside of your unit and someone comes and takes it away. The current place I'm at (a TGM property) just has dumpsters and those dumpsters are always full or half full with trash bags all over the ground so... believe me when I say I was interested in Abberly's trash service! The only things I didn't like is they have no breed restrictions on dogs. That is GREAT for people who love dogs, but I'm a cat person (frankly I'm a little scared of dogs). Also, upon move out, you HAVE HAVE HAVE to have a PROFESSIONAL carpet steamer come in and clean the carpets AND a PROFESSIONAL cleaning company come in and clean your unit - and you pay for both. Plus they offered two security deposit options - 1 was lease protect where you basically pay a few hundred dollars and then at the end of your lease you pay out of pocket for any damages... or you pay $1k that's refundable but whatever damage they have to repair is deducted from the $1k. It's been a minute since I've applied for an apartment but I think a lot of places have a flat, lower amount for security deposit. Anyway, this is a beautiful community with great amenities, gorgeous units, and friendly staff. I likely won't be living here but it sure did make a great first impression on me!!!

They were the last of three contractors to come out for this. Unlike the other contractors who didn't go further than just looking at the heater, Calvin and Barbara drained some of the water to see if there was rust and when there wasn't any found, they asked to see the actual problem. Turns out that it wasn't our heater being old and worn afterall. Thanks to Calvin who went to each individual faucet and cleaned out all the sediment from the water being turned off, we saved an easy $3,000 (according to the other two contractors). No need to replace our perfectly fine and working water heater. After this experience, we knew we had good and honest contractors so when it came to selling our house and needing work done, we knew exactly who to call! They secured our front railing, replaced a ground rod in the back yard, power washed our deck, repaired damaged drywall in our garage, and fixed our fireplace so that it works. We had back splash installed in the rear of the microwave so they had to be really careful. They had it in within the hour. The second job they did for us was to paint the wood areas in front of our town-home. when they got to our front entry way, they discovered wood rot, mold and other worn out issues. Basically, our entry way had to be replaced. Bummer. We called several places and no one could help us. Calvin called his supplier and got them to call their manufacture and using his measurements, got them to make us one. The entry way is custom so places such as Home Depot and Lowes could not help us. Calvin got us one and then he and his team installed it, perfectly. I was amazed. But Calvin wasn't satisfied because the front door was not closing well. He called the manufacture and explained what was wrong and they showed up to fix the problem. Calvin is a perfectionist and because of him, we got a fair price and professional work done.
