She has a way of calming the stress and making everything smooth and manageable, which I appreciate more than I can say. We had already been to a few other shops, so we knew we were getting a great deal. We placed our order and made our down payment. Sunday morning I realized I probably left my credit card at the shop. Since Mr. Mosen had given me his cell number, I texted him and asked him to check when the shop opened on Monday. He said no problem, he would go and check right away. My card was there and I went to retrieve it. Next great customer service-- we saw a quartz stone we liked in the shop. Mr. Mosen suggested another stone based on what we were looking for, but he did not have a sample. He went to distributer and got a sample and brought it to our house. He was right, a better choice, so that is what we ordered. The counters were ready as promised, Jesus and his colleague were great. Very professional and efficient when they did the installation. A sink was provided, we bought our own faucet. We also provided a plumber to re-connect everything. Found our plumber on Yelp. Cabinets will be painted using a painter we found on Yelp. This shop is directly located next to another company. Be sure to visit the right shop. Home Depot was more expensive, and the other two shops were more expensive and I would have given the other two shops three stars or less for my initial experience. One shop the sales rep was patronizing, but did explain things. The other shop the sales rep told me to wander about and write down what I liked-I would give that shop zero stars. I hope you get the same great customer service we did because it was truly above and beyond. AAA++++

Finally, I went into their Herndon location with the photo of a bright, modern bathroom I liked and within an hour I had most of the design and materials chosen. The next day they sent me an estimate. We tweaked a few things and they put us on the schedule. We really wanted a steam shower and knew that added to the cost but they had experience with steam showers. I could have tried to save money by driving around to different places to choose material and by finding and supervising all the workers on my own (I'm usually a DIY person) but I wanted a contractor who'd oversee everything and make it easy and efficient. We had the same workers every day and they showed up when they were supposed to. They took care of getting building permits and scheduling county inspectors. I'm picky about tilework and the guy did an excellent job with cutting 3 different styles of tile. You have to walk through our bedroom to get to the bath so they put up a big plastic tarp wall to minimize dirt and give us some privacy. They put down cloths in our hall every day to keep the floors clean. Everything was spotless when they finished. I'd read some negative reviews about communication before we started and I discussed this with them. The project manager came to check on the work every 4 days and discuss changes or concerns. Every change we requested was updated in the contract. Communication was excellent. It's been 6 months and I'm very happy with our gorgeous bathroom!

Getting a new stone countertop for a small kitchen can be a challenge, because most stone suppliers…read moreand fabricators require that you buy an entire slab-- which can be VERY pricey! I must've gone to a dozen different places that stated that they had remnants, only to find the selection to be minimal or non-existant. Fairfax Marble in Merrifield had the widest selection of marble, quartzite, and granite remnants I've ever seen! Enes was so helpful and patient, he knew what I was looking for, and was able to zero in on many pieces for me to consider-- out of what seemed like a thousand different slabs and pieces! I found the perfect remnant for a kitchen needing only 26 sq feet of stone. Then, Enes was able to schedule measuring and templating on only a day's notice! The installation followed almost immediately afterwards. Fairfax Marble will work with you-- or your contractor-- to find just the right stone, and they'll help you plan the edges, overhang, and any cut-outs or holes that need to be made for fixtures. I would highly recommend them for any size kitchen-- but especially for the smaller kitchen where you don't want or need to spend the extra money on a whole slab that you'll never use!

It has bubbled again and for the past two hours I have had to scrape the walls and will need to prime and paint these again. I am certain that you painted without primer and not the proper paint. Now the extra coats and labor I have to do. I hope that the drywall was installed properly since nothing else was. Honestly for the cost it was not worth it. It was crap workmanship for the beginning and the tub is still not finished properly since you scrapped it and they came several times to fix this. The amount of time and energy I am putting into fix your mistakes is ridiculous

I was looking for the expensive Taj Mahal quartzite to transform my island and countertop. Other companies just quoted me at around $12k, but Ada provided a very competitive quote at almost half the cost. There were multiple stone supplier around the corner for me the pick the stone I like. The process was smooth. The team is also very professional. I wanted to add a waterfall to my current island layout and another company said it wasn't possible, but Ada's team made it happened beautifully! I had heard horror story that the Taj Mahal quartzite is so hard to cut, and it would break without proper technology. Fortunately that did not happen to me. Every piece was cut and polished nicely. This team knows what they are doing but did not put a crazy price tag in the work they do. I have to mention the customer service is great with this team. Ada is a reliable, honest and responsive guy to work with. There was an incident that we found our water line leaky after the installation, which could happened during removal of the original granite but nobody was sure. Ada just stood up and took the responsibility immediately. There was also miscommunication during the process but Ada was always there to resolve the problems and made the process worry free. This is the team that you want to work with because unexpected things and mistakes could happen in every project, but they will make it right for you.
