I didn't realize at the time but David the founder came out to troubleshoot my pool…read more I am little far from his area that he services but after hearing about my issue, he came by. He figured out the issue with my POOL! I recently had it remodeled. And Garcia Pools (owner Yoshi) crappy customer SERVICE for an owner of a pool service and at this point dishonest - never replaced my caps in my pool!! By keeping my caps, it guaranteed my pool would not work. Well, come to find out those caps hold pressure in the pool so it works properly. They wanted to charge an additional $600 to fix air leaks in my pool, but in reality, if they had just returned my end caps... The pressure in my pool would have held. David assessed each of my pop-ups. Three needed to be replaced. He was a trouble shooter. So if you have had long time issues with your pool, and specifically if you have a self cleaning pool that you are having a hard time troubleshooting I highly recommend David to come out and look at it. He's a smart guy and honest. He did the hard work to figure out my mystery. I had one pop up that wasn't working at all and so no water flow was going through it. And that's when he realized that I was missing all of my end caps on my pool which regulates my pressure. The same end caps.... YOSHI removed but never replaced. Thanks David. You did an great job. You actually analyzed my issue with the pool. (602) 795-4466 I'm am beyond happy.

The project required out of the box thinking and true knowledge of fencing and gates overall. Joe was able to come up with a process to alleviate the added weight that the new gate that we bought created and helped support that weight in a way that will keep the gate hanging straight going forward. I would recommend Joe and his team for any project you have. They truly went above and beyond for us.

We just had a pool put in our yard, and while it is beautiful, our RV Pad and patio have seen better days. The house was built in the 50' so you can imagine what shape the patio concrete was in. Lots of cracks and chips. I have know idea when the RV pad was placed, but it looked worse than the patio. Anyhow, they were always pleasant, as was their crew. The father and son team were on site each day and explained what the steps were. They fixed the cracks one built up a couple of sagging areas, and matched the pool deck so it is now an extension of the pool area. The did the same with the patio and front walk way, but with a smooth texture to make a distinction between the patio area and pool area. Included is a before picture of the RV Pad and an after. Also included is the patio. Super good people, super job, super fair pricing.

Easy, straightforward, and exactly as promised. AE and Sons was the first of four companies I got…read morean estimate from and was a clear winner in cost. Andres, the owner, came out the day I called and gave a very quick estimate. He didn't measure the pool as everyone else did. This concerned me at first, but on his estimate the internal surface area he listed was almost EXACTLY what I had calculated geometrically. Closer than those who measured the perimeter. Makes sense that he used his judgment rather than a table based on perimeter since pools come in so many varied shapes. Throughout the process, Andres NEVER tried to upsell us on anything. He even seemed to favor the most economical choices. We decided to have the deck done later, no problem. We, coincidentally, went with the same surface as a previous review here--Stonescapes Midnight Blue Mini Pebble. Andres warned that darker surfaces can be more prone to uneven mixing and mottled appearance, but was happy to do it for a small upgrade fee (MUCH smaller than the other companies). In the end, the surface was more even than I could have imagined. Andres said the process would take a week to week and a half. We signed the contract Wednesday night, he started draining the pool Thursday, chipped out the old plaster Saturday, patched the concrete and repaired our steps Sunday, applied the new pebble Tuesday, acid washed and filled it on Wednesday. He always texted or called the day before to say when they would be here working and was right on schedule. I added a close-up comparison photo of the surface template we picked online and our actual surface to show how perfectly it turned out. Ours seems to be missing small green pieces but that may be because we expressed that we really did not want any green tint. I prefer it that way, regardless. The surface is incredibly well smoothed out with NO trowel marks or streaking. I strongly recommend AE and Sons for resurfacing your pool.
