Many employees were at the food courts and shops, and they are usually very kind! Only go to the Chick Fil-A in the morning or afternoon, the nighttime staff are horrible, but I feel as that was to be expected. The number of stores you can choose from is honestly amazing. You have the food courts, of course, but then you have the shops like the GMC or the Auntie Annes, or the Bath's and Body works, it has a lot in my opinion. Sure, it doesn't seem like a lot but compare it to the more... simplistic malls. Did have to knock a star off for value, because everything here is quite expensive. They also have restaurants at the entrance you can go to before you exit if you want. Overall does most things pretty nicely, I love the logo on the outside of it.
