Apparently that meant (to Hagan Tree Service) my driveway area was available to Hagan for his equipment, to the point where he unhitched his flatbed trailer and left for a period. When i confronted him at the end of the day, he jumped from the skid loader he was planning to load via my driveway, and ran up to within a 1/2 inch of my face and proceeded to scream "hit me, hit me". He demanded that he has access to up 25' on the side of the road and he was in the right. His partner or employee stood to the side flipping me off and calling me names during this tirade. Key point that I failed to mention, at no point did the Hagan crew ask for permission to park for 10 hours in my driveway as he did. My only encounter was him screaming at me and spitting in my face he screamed.
