Beyond being kind and professional, she was incredibly organized and we benefitted so much from her expertise in developing our timeline, coordinating final details with vendors, and just bringing everything together. My biggest hope when working with a wedding coordinator was that I wouldn't have to be worrying about details and logistics during the day, and Annette and Mandy truly allowed my husband and I to be "guests" at our own wedding. She took care of so much that I hadn't even thought of or explicitly asked/talked to her about, and if there were problems or wrinkles in the plan I never heard about them! There was a minor issue with the flowers our florist brought for our sweetheart table, but Sara and Leann were able to set it up beautifully with the flowers we already had. I had full trust in them. I knew they'd be able to handle anything. They were great with communication between us and the vendors throughout the planning process. They were so organized, prompt, and very detail oriented. 5 Reasons why Something Events gave us the most amazing wedding posted 5/13/2013…read more 1. Creativity. Something Events had the most beautiful, simple ideas that made our wedding design turn out exactly the way we imagined it in our minds, and a couple of things that we didn't think of that our guests still talk about a year later! 2. Relief. We were so slammed with our jobs and families, and had too much on our plate. Something Events did what no one else could- relieve us of the stress AND make us feel like we were still driving every decision. 3. Go-to contact. About 2 weeks before our day, Something Events essentially took the keys to the car and drove every detail through the rehearsal dinner and wedding, and again always made us feel connected and in control of everything. 4. Amazing demeanor. You have to see your event people more than almost anyone else on your big day, and in my opinion, no one can make you feel calm, happy and confident like Something Events. 5. Crisis-Averter. We didn't hear a word about any Vendor/Guest/Timing challenges at all, and were left to just enjoy an unbelievable day. It was truly the best possible experience we could have had, and I would recommend Something Events to my closest friends and family.

If you're looking for a wedding coordinator or planner for your wedding, hiring Fête & Flower for…read morethe wedding of your dreams When I was looking for someone for my wedding, I spoke with and met with about 15 different vendors, and after just 10 minutes of talking to Alex I knew she was the one. Now that the wedding is over, I can honestly say that hiring Fête & Flower was the best choice I made through my entire wedding planning process -- other than picking my husband, but that choice was made before the wedding planning anyway. I had already picked out most of our vendors by the time I was looking for our coordinator, and I initially met with Alex because she was so wonderfully flexible with us and could jump in at any part of the planning process. I quickly learned though that she was more than just a flexible and accommodating vendor... My very first meeting with Alex was the most thorough and illuminating initial meeting I had with any vendor (providing ANY kind of service), and it allowed me to breathe such a sigh of relief to know I was fortunate enough to finally find myself in the best hands. Not only did Alex walk me through the planning process in detail, she brought up a million poignant details that I would have never, ever thought of, even after I had read so many wedding books and online guides -- details and critical choices to make through all aspects of our ceremony and reception that made our day ultimately run so smoothly. It was immediately clear to me that Alex was brilliant and a legitimate professional who had years and years of experience running top-notch events. And her responsiveness and availability --between our initial meeting to the very end of our wedding night, Alex was literally always available to chat and go over any question that came up into my bride brain. She responded to any email I sent within 24 hours. On top of her responsiveness, Alex is the most organized person I've ever met. She helped us curate the most detailed timelines for us, our bridal party, and our vendors, and the template she provided to get us started was phenomenal. Again, it was another testament to her experience running so many events and having so much insight from her professional events career. Perhaps most importantly, aside from being a coordinating goddess, Alex is hands-down one of the kindest, most approachable, and most genuine people that my husband and I have ever met. She worked smoothly with all of our wedding vendors and helped bring everyone together seamlessly before and on the big day. Thank you, Alex, for helping us create and execute the most important day of our lives. You're are so talented, and we're endlessly grateful. You were everything we could have ever asked for, and we will be recommending you for years to come to all of our family and friends. And we can't wait to plan future events with you!

She'd take multiple calls to walk through logistics, prepped me for scenarios I hadn't thought of, and took the lead on coordinating with all my vendors. She'd check in just to make sure I was doing well multiple times too. Her experience with the Southern California area really shown through because she had insight to which vendors would meet my needs and which of my ideas would thrive. Organization: Insane. Not a single thing went wrong during my wedding. The vendors only had 2 hours to move everything in and one hour to remove everything and it went seamlessly. I mean we had 230+ guests and no one had to wait for the buffet line for more than 20 min! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew exactly where they needed to be and we stayed on schedule. Look. I know there are so many wedding planners out there. But Danielle is a USC business school boss and takes this job so seriously. I am a #covidmob (mother of the bride) who put together a wedding in four weeks, and was referred to Danielle at the end of week three. She met with the bride and me, made suggestions and was hired that day! Background: We hosted 10 guests, for a total of 14 people, in a backyard ceremony and dinner, with a reception for another two dozen people on our front lawn in between the two. Social distancing was maintained and there were three parts to our daughter's special day. Danielle not only shared her vast wedding experience, but stepped into the catering role by assembling, plating, and serving food prepared by the catering company. What I thought would be good food served at room temperature (with me spending much of my time in my kitchen), became a four course meal, with the entree served hot! Throughout the afternoon/evening, Danielle asked my daughter if there was anything she needed, and made her feel like the bride she was!!! Getting my husband to take a shower, and keep everyone on time, made her worth her weight in gold!!! Do NOT think you can't host a very special wedding in your backyard, but by hiring Steadfast Events, YOU will also enjoy a wonderful day. Coordinating set up, timing and speaking to our vendors added so much to the day and was worth so much to our family. Thank you Steadfast Events, and Danielle, for a job incredibly well done!
