They were attentive on fixing any issued we faced. Staff spoke English and Cantonese. The karaoke application they have is limited with English songs, so we mainly used the YouTube app. But the downside is that you can't queue up the next song, but this wasn't a big deal with us. Room was spacious and the sound system was loud and clear. Each person gets two free drinks included in their admission.

Most of all accomodating! And affordable. Like, sometimes you just want to chill and not spend a ton. Because it means you can do it more often! At about $15/pp for hours and hours A nice selection of snacks and drinks also! Song choice-wise, we did wish there were more classics like Backstreet Boys or Boyz to Men. I think songs from the 90s are popular because they're very recognizable melodies that are easy to sing. I hope they can expand their song choices! Will definitely come back!

I've been constantly going back to this place for a goood 2 years now. These are my thoughts: 1. Drinks are not watered down. They serve good stuff 2. Atmosphere is always popping- if you enjoy the throwback playlist, this is where you'll hear it all night. 3. The staff is the reason I go back. Theyre actually amazing. It doesn't feel like I'm going out to some random place for drinks, it feels more like I'm going to a friends place for good food, drinks, and company. They treat you like friends basically! 4. Washroom is always clean 5. They got dart machines and karaoke. If you enjoy asian vibes (lots of jay Chou, Eason chen...), good food, good company, good price, and good time, give this place a shot!

This is the least dingy-looking pool bar I've been to. Well-maintained, reasonable price and decent food. The lounge area was spacious and a great place to hang around with TVs close by. They have a couple of foosball tables whereas down the street, MasterQ, has darts machine. Would be a great combo if they had darts machine too. I stopped by during COVID-19 times to kill a little bit of weekend evening. As usual, the music was great, smaller crowd and every other table were in use to maintain COVID-19 measures. Highly recommend this place. I would keep coming to Le Cue to practice my shots and hang with my friends.

So I went on a weeknight when this place is basically a karaoke/lounge establishment with private rooms, but on weekends it is a club. The setup and staff makes it seem like an establishment catered towards Asians (more specifically Mandarin clients). Most of the staff spoke Mandarin and barely knew English. I spent most of the night in a private room with our own private washroom so I don't think I can provide a fair review. From what I saw, this place would be great for parties. I will come by again and give an updated review at that time

You can also bring your own food but there is a charge per person. The great - The customer service is top notch. I bombarded them with questions over email, they didn't leave a single one unanswered, they were quick to respond and very accommodating. The patience in answering multiple emails, questions and follow up questions is how I knew my experience here would be good. The good - The alcoholic drink options were okay, the variety wasn't large but the cocktails and mocktails were good. Food was good too. The karaoke was a bit confusing to navigate at first but we got the hang of it. There's something for everyone here and coming in a large group definitely made it worth it.

They have a few special menu items, like the unagi pizza - which I found was not the best in terms of taste. I can't pick out exactly what it is, but something on there wasn't to my liking. Either way, interesting menu item to try. To finish off, I ordered some cotton candy for my sister. I was disappointed that they said they ran out of the paper cones/sticks for the cotton candy, so they offered it to me in brown paper bags. Parking is alright as well in the plaza, since there's a lot else within.

Initially we were going for the idea of breakfast, but timing was a bit off from what we anticipated and it was a really nice lunch date instead. I love the Markham Marriott, the staff is always warm and welcoming. Draco has a very sleek, sophisticated and cozy atmosphere. We both ordered Bacon & Cheddar burgers. I opted for a Caesar salad as an appetizer and hubby ordered their Grilled Wagyu Flat Iron Steak. Let's start with the apps. The Caesar salad was SO good! I wish I had taken a pic, but admittedly, my phone was tucked away and I was caught up in the cozy seating, great food and Christmas vibes of the restaurant and lobby. Grilled Wagyu Flat Iron Steak: $33 - Buttercup Squash Puree and Truffle Oil - Everything you want Wagyu to be - tender, cooked to the perfect temp which left a nice warm red centre. This was melt in your mouth good! The burgers - these were perfection! Draco Bacon Cheddar Burger: $25 - Aged Cheddar with Crispy Bacon Strips; Crispy Onion Straws, Arugula and Garlic Aioli. This was a very well seasoned patty, so juicy and a substantial sized patty of fresh not frozen beef. The bun was lightly toasted, bacon crispy, easily taking this into my top 3 fav spots for burgers! Options for sides include fries, sweet potato fries, poutine, side Caesar or garden salad or truffle fries. We finished off our meal with 2 really good cappuccinos and just took our time before heading home. This was our first time back here in a few years. The food was exceptional as was the service and the warm staff. Draco is the perfect spot for an early morning breakfast, work or lunch date or a nice cozy dinner.
