This past saturday, she dyed my hair its natural color, and added reddish brown lowlights and blonde highlights with a few layers and side-swept bangs. I love it! I love the price too. Everything (color, half head highlights, lowlights, shampoo, blowdry and a cute curly style) cost me $115! You can't beat that...I can't imagine how much I'd spend on hair like this back home! The owners of Cachet, Tara and Mandi, are talented and trendy, and all the girls who work here are fun, super cute, and do great things with hair. I initially went to Tara when she worked at Body and Sole. Tara has brought all of the pros of Body and Sole with her in this awesome new salon!! The salon itself is adorable. Tara and Mandi have decorated it with pretty wood salon stations topped with granite countertops. There's a fireplace in the middle of the salon too!! The separate nail room is big and very zen. I love it all:-) You can usually book an appointment 2 weeks in advance here. Tara fit me in very last-minute when I unexpectedly came into town last weekend, which was so sweet of her.

I went back and forth between splurging on it or just doing it myself, but I can confidently say it was worth EVERY penny to get it done by these lovely ladies!! Lexi did my hair and makeup trial, then my makeup the day of the wedding. Ashayna and Christin were also part of my bridal dream team and they absolutely killed it. My sisters, mom, and I were all over the moon with how our hairstyles and makeup turned out. This is a lot coming from someone who doesn't normally wear makeup and didn't want to look super caked up on my big day. The salon is adorable and we bought a bunch of products for our hair, purses, and hair clips while we were in for our services. I'd literally trust Lexi with my life - she is AMAZING at what she does.

Upon walking in, i was greeted immediately and was given a new client envelope filled with coupons to use in the future. That was awesome! I saw Erica. I had already seen her work on IG and she is AMAZING!!! I was scheduled for a blowout, but when she saw my hair (which another stylist at another high end salon) had don't to my hair, she asked me if I wanted her to shape it up. She knew immediately what the other stylist had done. I have thin hair, and Erica brought it back to life with a little of her magic. Not only does my hair look fuller, but it now has shape to it. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so at ease. I'm going back Friday for color and I'm so excited!! I would definitely recommend Erica. Went in and got a manicure & pedicure from Mia. I showed her a picture of what I would like and she was absolutely wonderful. She has AMAZING talent. She didn't use any stencils to draw the nail art on, she did it freehand. She is a perfectionist and made sure my nails were cleaned up with no hangnails or skin around my nail beds. My pedicure was just as BEAUTIFUL. She also is a wonderful person to talk to and you can tell she loves what she does. Since getting these done, I had numerous people stop me and tell me how beautiful my nails and pedicure look. If you are looking for a salon that hand files instead of using drills, this is the place. They also don't use acrylic, but offer plexi gel instead. Everyone has been very nice, friendly, and the staff seem genuinely happy to be at work. The vibe is welcoming, woman-supportive, and incredibly clean! However, the booking process makes the overall experience awkward and frustrating. Because they are so busy, you are typically scheduled a month out. Due to returning clients who seem to get priority scheduling, the appointments fill up quickly. Furthermore, when I have had to reschedule, the conversation with the front desk falls flat. The staff doesn't suggest alternative dates or make rebooking a priority--they just leave it alone and tell you to look at the website. This hands-off approach makes the rescheduling process feel dismissive. As a first-time customer, I had no idea how to use their website and still resorted to calling to make sure it was correct. In hindsight, it would be much more professional and productive to just schedule right over the phone. While the quality of the nail service itself is great, the booking communication definitely has room for improvement. That is why I unfortunately won't be returning due to these scheduling issues.

A lot of the one star reviews don't fully explain or give enough details to why IMO. My package included a manipedi, 30 minute massage, 30 minute facial and a salt cave session. My mani pedi was great. Nicole was my technician and she was super friendly and personable. It was nice to have a conversation instead of awkward silence that you get at a lot of nail salons. My nails are virtually perfect. Next was my facial, done by Shelley. This was my first facial and at first I didn't really like it. Just the overall feeling of all the stuff rubbed on my face, but definitely just a personal preference. But after I got over the weird sensations it was extremely relaxing. She used a lot of aromatherapy as well which was really nice. Then was sort of some pressure point/massage type stuff that felt amazing. Then I went onto my massage with Nicole again. It was extremely enjoyable. It was definitely high pressure, which I was fine with. And she handled multiple times to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed the pressure adjusted. It was a very relaxing experience. Next time I will probably ask for less pressure just to be bit more relaxed. After this I was escorted to the desk and checked out. Once I got home I realized we had missed my salt cave session! I called and left a message (I don't think they leave the phone on just because the ambience in there is super soft and relaxing) and they returned my call very quickly. They let me know they would put in the computer that I have a credit for the salt cave. So I am very happy they were accommodating to their mistake. I'll update my review about the salt cave after I go! All in all a wonderful experience. They're constantly asking if you need anything and offering water, tea and coffee. They also have wine available which I will have to try next time. The place is beautiful which I didn't expect from the outside. Definitely recommend!!
