On my way out of Las Vegas, NV, I wanted to check out a few restaurants that Steve, Rockstar Eater, recommended in one of his YouTube food episodes. Thank you Steve for the recommendations! From the outside, I didn't think it was that big of a place, but it's quite spacious with good amount of inside seating. Very decorative and has an alluring ambiance. Staff was pleasant. I placed my order via online. I got the Chicken Kabob (Best Chicken Kabob Ever as advertised). Price was high for a kabob plate IMHO... it was over $25 (tax + tip included). I went with the chicken kabob cuz it's usually my go-to Mediterranean food item despite the cost. My order was ready upon arrival. They weren't super busy at the time. I just walked in, grabbed my order, and walked out. I didn't take any photos when I was inside because I felt eyes were on me for some reason LOL. It's all good. The chicken kabob plate looked so delicious. I couldn't help myself, but to eat a few bites before driving off to my next stop. It was indeed very delicious. Chicken was very moist and tender. Chunks were huge and plump. Rice was soft and fluffy. Veggies were grilled to perfection. I don't know if it was worth over $25 though. At least I gave it a try. Will I be back? We eat a lot of Persian food so I'm very comfortable saying this is the BEST ever! The first visit my salad came with a creamy dressing which I'm not use to when having Persian. I've never had Persian food before. What really drew me to this place was their saffron ice cream - I have never heard of it before and I know saffron is special spice. I also got kebabs ala cart to go. I'm sure if I had eaten in the restaurant, the presentation of these would have stunning. Overall, it was a tasty experience. We tried a few basic items of the menu like the falafel, which was great, very fresh and not dry, probably one of the best falafels I've had. We tried an assortment of kabob meats including the beef and chicken Koobideh and regular whole meat kabob. Everything was moist, tender, well seasoned, and had a nice grill flavor. The included fresh grilled tomato and pepper also pairs perfectly. Tahdig half and half was not good. This dish came out first, almost immediately after ordering, which was a little suspicious. The rice was not crispy and crunchy in the way it's supposed to be, just old and dry and very hard. The half and half stew toppings had a good flavor, but was just lukewarm. Ordered from door dash paid $30 dollars for a kabob plate that was 5 ounces of chicken and $3 for a side of garlic sauce that is not even an ounce. I called the restaurant to let them know it is robbery to give someone 5 ounces of chicken for $30 dollars and the employee/manager/owner says to me don't complain to me call door dash. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT! I ordered takeout and was honestly shocked at how bad it was. The salad and dessert were both completely soggy -- they packed everything together with no separation. Most restaurants separate hot and cold items, dressings and sauces while ordering takeout. Otherwise you get mushy gross food. When I called to let them know, they acted like this was totally normal... which is crazy to me. For a place charging over $120 for takeout for 2 people, the food and service should be way better. I've been a loyal customer, but after this experience and the attitude I got when I called, I'm officially done. I've been coming here over 5 years and I'm just exhausted with the lack of care and lack of customer service. Like how about try to care about how you serve food and your customer experience. Last time we were here was 3 yrs ago, so today we went back to see if the food is still good as how we remembered and it was! Customer service/hospitality is great: Friendly, checked on us, personable. Food is still good: the beef and chicken koobideh were tender, moist and seasoned nicely. The rice was a little dry and wasn't as buttery as I remembered but still very good. Prices went up, like every where else and everything else, but I noticed a "processing fee" on the bill. I don't know/remember if they have always had that and I just noticed it today, tbh. This is before they run the credit card, so I am not sure what that is for and it is 3.75% of the bill, plus taxes. Our bill wasn't much so I didn't ask about it but if you have a large party, that may end up being alot, so heads up about that. read more

We celebrated either my mom's or my dad's birthday here, since my short term memory isn't the best, let's just say it was both their birthdays! Either way, Dream Kabob made it special. We came in as a large party and the staff was super accommodating, making sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The star of the night though? The handmade naan bread. Fluffy, warm, and perfect with every dish. I'll give it a 4 star because the food was good. I walked in today and spend $60. I didn't get a receipt. I got Beef Kobideh plate $23. A side of Khask (appetizer) $14. I got one skewer of chicken. Which means the one skewer of chicken was $20, which is ridiculous. He could have told me, you should get a plate or at-least charge me half of what the plate costs. Occasionally, you discover a new restaurant that is everything it's advertisement says it is and Dream Kabob Persian Cuisine was that and more. The menu is extensive but no one rushes you and in this family owned restaurant everyone is there to help. There are some excellent Greek restaurants in Las Vegas but this is different and it's called Dream Kabob Persian Cuisine for a reason and the Persian Cuisine is beyond compare. We haven't had Persian Cuisine at this quality since we moved from the San Francisco Bay Area. The owner and his family are so welcoming and friendly, the portions are large and the food is delicious, I could have made a meal just with the salad and the dressing is homemade and incredible . #1 persian restaurant in all of Las Vegas because they are truly authentic and its a great experience overall. The restaurant sits in a shopping center parking lot but its very inviting once you enter, they are very welcoming and there is lots of seating between 2 different rooms. There is a beautiful garden-like outside patio area but that's only open when its warm. The recipes are consistent, as they are family owned and family operated. There is only one other good persian restaurant here in Vegas I like too but they aren't a full restaurant like this one, thats why this one wins on all levels for food, great service and ambiance. read more

Wanted to bring my family to a different Persian restaurant and this place is so amazing lol. Portions are huge, and the service is quick! Koobideh is one of my favorite foods and they make it so tender and juicy here. They also let you sub one of the speciality rice (dill rice or adas polo) for their plain rice and it was bomb. The restaurant itself is cutely decorated and I didn't realize until later they had outdoor seating. I am definitely coming back!! Maybe Vegas just doesn't have good Persian restaurants. I don't even think the Pita bread was made in house, the baklava tasted store bought. So I wanted takeout, close to home, and not fast food. I had book marked dream kebab and didn't realize it's around the corner from me. So my hubee and I decide to order there for takeout. There's a bunch of options on the menu. I got a chicken kebab plate. My hubbee opted for lamb plate. We also ordered a side of hummus. The portion was big, definitely can be two meals. I liked the salad and chicken was tender. I love the fact they give you a spice packet to sprinkle over. My husband like his, but it wasn't crazy tender lamb. The hummus was delish almost has an olive finish to it. The only bummer to me was price. For those three things it was 70 bucks. For take out?? It was good but not worth the price IMO. read more
