I found it very off putting that the focus appeared to be on whether a customer spoke loudly or enthusiastically enough rather than simply providing a pleasant and respectful experience. The employee has no way of knowing what customers may be dealing with in their personal lives. Because of this interaction, my husband and I chose to leave immediately. For context, during my previous visit I spent around $60 on several items, so this feedback is not coming from a lack of interest in supporting the business. It's genuinely unfortunate to leave a review like this, as the product itself was good. However, customer service matters just as much as the food, and because of this experience, we will not continue to support this business.
