Lisa is very skilled and knowledgable as she offered to make arm covers with the new upholstery. However, through research and trying new sofas that offer higher seating, I decided it would be best to go with an option where I would sit higher, making it easier to stand back up after sitting for a while - that's not as easy as it used to be at my age now. They were extremely responsive and helpful via email, and arranged to pick up the chairs from my house at a convenient time. The next day, they sent me an invoice and promptly answered my questions and took my payment information over the phone. About a week later, they dropped off the cushions and re-installed them into the chairs and they look and feel amazing. They were also very up-front about the costs and explained all of the options very thoroughly.
