The manager Gary Holt was such a pain I…read moream wondering how this place is still in business I was there for State Inspection Right from the beginning, Gary was showing me the attitude that he is very busy and taking my car for inspection was a big favor And then he came back and say that inspection is failed Then I asked him to give me the estimate to fix the issues He looked at me with a bad look and then He came back with an estimate of around $1700 I was there because my regular mechanic has closed his shop So I had to go another mechanic with failed inspection sticker and we all know how these mechanics milk you once they see the failed inspection sticker But anyway, the other mechanic able fixed my issues and passed the inspection and it costs me around $650 way less than $1700 quoted by Sunset Hill Automotive I am sure I would have get it done with way less money if Sunset Auto would not have failed it Do not go to this place

I wish I could tell my customers I don't want to work on their problem anymore, if I did I would be fired! We could have taken it to a dealer but, sadly after servicing our other Mercedes my husband wanted you all to get the business. Won't happen again.
