I sent an online request, got a response in 10 minutes, and ten minutes later Todd was here to unclog my drain. Not only that, but he explained why it happened and what I can do to prevent a recurrence. I don't think you can hope for a more pleasant experience with a minor plumbing crisis. read more

Very quick response. I had a clogged drain and Todd was able to show up in the same day solving very efficiently the issue. Showed up with his mask on, professional and friendly. Would recommend service to others. read more

Drain Rooter Service was the first and only place to pick up the phone as I called down the line of local plumbers on Yelp on Monday at 9:30am (none of the previous 3 answered the phone). I was desperate for professional help and was relieved Todd was able to come over within 40 minutes of contact. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything in detail. I will hire Drain Rooter Service next time I need plumbing help. Highly recommended. Thank you, Todd. read more

I would definitely recommend those guys they came on time gave a fair price for the repair and took care of it in 30 to 40 minutes thank you for a great service and is super quick response read more

Todd is truly amazing and an honest professional. I unfortunately discovered a leak in our faucet under the kitchen and called Todd to take a look. He was over in about an hour, gave an honest quote, and came back later that morning and finished the job. He discovered a few more issues but didn't charge anything additional. It look way longer than he or I could have expected but again, he was so professional, took his time, and did the work above my expectations. Highly would recommend Todd for future projects. Again, super honest guy! read more

Todd was quick to respond, efficient, and the service was reasonably priced! Definitely my go to for these types of issues in the future! Thank you Todd! read more

I'd like to thank Todd from Drain Rooter Services. He was amazing and thorough about all work he did. Instead of telling me to call him back should I have the same issue he showed me what to do next time. Anyway he was funny and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend Todd to my friends who may have plumbing issues in the future. Thanks again Todd! read more

Super fast service. Friendly and professional. Called them on a Saturday for a clogged toilet and they arrived to clear the line in in about 30 minutes. Todd was great! Highly recommend them. read more

Called for a sewer clog. Came within 20 minutes and fixed it. Great experience.

We had a clogged/backed up in our kitchen sink drain and laundry room. We initially had a different company come out to snake the issue but unsuccessful. We found Drain Rooter Service on Yelp. Gave them a call and Todd was at our house within 20 minutes. They cleared the blockage and cleaned everything up in 30 minutes. Todd and his crew were knowledgeable and helps explain things clearly. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. read more

Main shower has been draining poorly for months. Tried various Drano like liquids with no success. Today I looked under the house and saw that water was dripping from the pipe when the shower was running. Read a good review on Yelp for Drain Rooter Service; they were here in less than 1 hour. He cut-out and replaced the leaky section of pipe and cleaned out the trap to find a large quantity of calcium and hair. Fixed the problem in about 2 hours. I will definitely call them again. read more

Todd was great. He came to snake our washer pipe and discovered it was full of calcified output from our water softener. He also took a look at our water heater which was improperly installed and made sure it was connected safely. He also spent time to show me how to do things like flush the heater myself - great service! Best of all, he was prompt on communications and on time. read more

Todd is very responsive and gets the job done. He is honest and the price is reasonable. Anytime you give him call he will come and take look help with the problem even on a Sunday. Highly recommend him. I recently used Todd for two jobs, both job was done really well and done on time. I am already recommending Todd to my friends and anyone reading this should should be contacting him for your drain and plumbing needs. read more

Quickly responded to my call for fixing the sewer clogging and problem solved within half hour. Professional and courteous.

AMAZING!! Todd definitely has our business FOR LIFE! He checked all the boxes necessary when needing a professional immediately - polite, friendly, respectful, efficient and clear communication. From the time I called at 8:00pm, he was done in about an hour. I was calling around in a panic because sewage was in the tub and a toilet was threatening to overflow. Todd was great on the phone, asked questions and explained what was happening to someone who has no idea about plumbing. We had a sewage blockage!! I appreciated his patience and friendliness on the phone. He also added he doesn't have overnight rates - GREAT! He asked me to text him my address and he was at the door in no time. He explained the problem, walked us through what he'd do and assured me that he'd clean up as much as he could. He was right! I thought we'd have to clean up the grossness that came up but Todd made sure he took care of that. THANK YOU SO MUCH TODD!! Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service (customer service, expertise, price, efficiency) he provided and I haven't stopped raving about him to friends and family. The incident was a pain but I'm glad we met an amazing plumber in the process. Again, he has our business FOR LIFE! read more

Todd was at our house within an hour. That was impressive, but even more impressive was how capable and knowledgeable he was. He was able to fix the clogged sewer line, then assess the issue, then recommend solutions that were practical. Very helpful, very professional and very good! read more

Gave him a call and he walked me thru the simple fix via FaceTime! Great honest guy, will def consider for any plumbing needs.

I called and they arrived 10 minutes later, fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Clogged sink drain that was causing the washing machine drainage to overflow. Cleaned it fast, unclogged it, and at a fair price. Highly recommended. read more

Came in to find the toilet hadn't flushed completely. Needless to say, we had a backup at the sidewalk. Had this problem years ago so I bought my own Roto. Got 25' out and it wouldn't budge. Looked up a plumber on Yelp and found Drain Rooter Service. Good reviews. Called and picked up in two rings. Said he'd be here in 2 hours. Was here in an hour. Super nice, super clean, asked me questions which I was able to answer. He knew exactly what was causing the problem. Gave me a quote and ten minutes later the drain is clear. Cleaned up and left without a trace. I'd highly recommend this company. read more

Came within an hour of my yelp request, price was in line with others in the industry. Friendly and efficient, and even showed me how to fix my drippy faucet myself in the future. Highly recommended! read more

Shower stall drain was clogged with hair, so there was a slow moving drain. I know what was needed - a shower drain snake and someone who knew how to use it. These guys answered my Yelp request quickly and gave me a price that was very competitive. And they called and said could come out about an hour. They were actually 5 minutes early. The shower drain was snaked out and flowing in no time. $300+ from some companies was ridiculous. These guys bested those prices and then some. Fast service, good price, did the job - 5 stars! read more

We had a leak on the main water. We requested quotes from many businesses, and Todd was not only the first to answer, but also showed up in one hour. He explained that, to avoid future issues, I should replace the main line with copper, to which I agreed. Next day, he was here and installed the new copper pipe. Asked me to check the service before closing the trench. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. read more

I woke up to a leaking outside pipe connected to my sprinkler system. I contacted Todd and he responded right away. His co-worker Paul arrived later that morning and did an outstanding job fixing the leak. I'm extremely pleased with their work and will use them in the future. read more

Highly recommended and this company will be my go-to for plumbing issues going forward. Exceptional service end to end. I initially called due to a slow flushing toilet at a rents property. Todd came out same day within an hour or two and attempted to clear the obstruction. Unfortunately, an object was stuck in the toilet and he feared pushing it into the wall. He recommended I get a new toilet due to the age of the exiting as it's about the same price. While we considered it, he insisted I didn't owe him anything as he didn't fix it. Ultimately decided to replace the toilet and he came out the next day and completed the replacement in under 30 minutes. Disposed of the old toilet and everything. read more

Tai was quick to respond to our repair request. He arrived 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. He troubleshooted and fixed the leak within 10 minutes. Came on relatively short notice and "rooted" our main line. Straightforward pricing and 30-day guarantee - no "trip fee to be followed by [high] estimate" as some others wanted. Nice folk; very professional. Drain Rooter Service will go into my contact list for future needs... read more

I have used them two times since I have found them here. First time was cleaning my kitchen drain pipe. Almost all home owners would not clean it until there was a problem. If you just purchase an old home, then I recommend you call them over to clean your drains for you. I tried all the over-the-counter drain cleaning solutions, baking soda and vinegar and a pot of boiling water, but none of them worked when draining was slow. After Todd came by on time as scheduled, he asked me about the problem, then he checked methodically. He patiently explained to me what he was doing and he recommended the power clean the drain at the end. I could see all the calcium deposits that came out of the drain cleanout. I saw a bag load of these deposits after they had picked up afterward. It turned out the harder the water from the municipal district, the more calcium deposit you will see in your drainage pipes. Because of Todd and his team's professionalism, I decided to call them back to change my main water faucet to a modern lever kind. They completed the job to my satisfaction with the same professionalism. Both times, their prices were reasonable; they are very friendly, on-time and stand behind their jobs to complete to your satisfaction. I will call them again for my future plumbing need. read more

I requested a quote through Yelp and got an email back within 10 minutes with an estimate for the repair as well as availability, which was the same day. He came to the house about an hour later as agreed upon and resolved our issue quickly. He quoted a price for snaking the drain lines (which is what I thought I needed), but the repair was much simpler than that so basically he just asked for gas money, despite my insistence I would pay him fully for his time. He walked me through what I would need to do if we were to encounter the issue again, and throughout the whole time his demeanor was super friendly. I kind of wish I had a bigger job for him to do. Thanks Todd! read more

Todd installed new sewer pipes for our house last year with very high quality, that's why I texted him right away when our main sewer got clogged today. Despite it's Sunday and the shelter in place situation, he came within 30min and saved the night! Glad to hear he is running his own business now to deliver an even better experience to customers. Highly recommended! read more

Called in the morning, spoke to Todd who was able to fit us in that afternoon. He arrived with his mask on, made a point of removing his shoes and was very conscientious of health and safety precautions while in our home. I appreciated he was able to unclog the drain that was slowly filling, but also that he recommended some things we could do ourselves rather than charging us for additional services. Highly recommend! read more
