I've used Tood twice in the last couple of years to drain our clogged pipe (once in the kitchen and another through the garage door pipe). Todd was responsive (came within 30-45 minutes requests) and did great jobs. He even helped me cleaning the garage after the sewage was flushed out. I highly recommend them read more

My kitchen sink is clogged and the faucet in my master bedroom sink vibrates with a deafening sound when the hot water is turned on. I called Todd and he came out immediately to check. Tu the technician changed the garbage disposal, and the clogging in the kitchen sink was resolved. Tu then went into the crawl space in the foundation to check the vibration issue, suspecting the vibration could be water pepes that were not properly joined. He spent a long time trying to figure out the issue, and did every remedy he could think of. The problem persisted. Tu suspected the water pipes enclosed between the walls might be casuing the vibration, but that could mean breaking the walls to reach the problem area. Tu apologized profusely for charging me labor for the problem he did not fix, though I assured him it was fair to charge me for his time. The story did not end here. Tu left, and to my surprise, he returned. He was not giving up. This time he tested a valve under the bathroom sink. When he turned the knob tight, the vibration and horrifying sound stopped magically. He even spent more time running the dishwasher to make sure the kitchen sink was draining properly. I am very impressed with the timely response, courtesy and professionalism of Todd and his team. This 5 star rating is well deserved. read more

Todd and Tu come through again! This time the other side of the main house drain was clogged. As soon as the hydro-jet pressure was turned on the tub drained and all problems gone! I'm a very happy customer (again). I highly recommend - Todd is friendly, fast, efficient, and clean. Also the hydro-jet seems safer on the old pipes as compared to the chewing bit. read more

Drain Rooter Service was everything I could possibly ask for out of a rooter. Fair prices, prompt response time, transparency about the cause and potential solutions to my problem, and service that made me feel like I was his only client of the day. After a clogged line, Todd went above and beyond to clean out my pipes and was extremely transparent in letting me see what was causing my problem (roots). Instead of charging me more to get rid of my problem the quick way, he recommended that I use a different plumber with a specialized tool bc he didn't want to risk damaging my pipes. Would trust him with any other plumbing issue I have going forward. read more

Todd and his guys are my "go to" for plumbing services. Thought I heard running water through the pipes in the morning and after some personal debugging (main on/off), I figured I had a supply line leak. I called these guys yesterday morning.... Not only was Todd accommodating with fitting me in (to install a faucet and disposal), but the cost was fair! The technician Tu was amazing and so professional as well... he was very skilled and courteous. He also showed me I had an additional problem he attempted to care of, but it was a little more involved and now I am aware. I highly recommend these guys! Good old fashion customer oriented business!! What a breath of fresh air!! Thank you!! read more

Highly recommend!! Honest work and reasonably priced. After two attempts to snake the pipe to remove a stubborn, deep clog (first by me, and then by another plumber), we called Todd. Accessing the pipe from one of the roof vents, Todd and Tu were able to clear the clog using a hydro-jet system. Excellent work, and good as new! read more

We called Drain Rooter service on Sunday night when we discovered that our toilets and drains were clogged. They were very responsive, polite and offered to come Monday morning and quoted a very reasonable fee (lowest quote we received) to snake out our drains. The next day morning they came in a few minutes before the scheduled time, quickly & efficiently finished the job and departed. They recommended a deeper inspection with a camera to find the underlying source of the problem but we declined, since we were not prepared for protracted work until the Covid situation improved. They did not over-sell or pressurize us and stuck to the quote they had given the day before by phone which was very refreshing. Very impressed with their service. read more

I contacted Todd on a Friday evening at 6pm with two clogged toilets and by 7pm my toilets and main line were unclogged and all water was running smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Drain Rooter Service in the future. read more

A very honest, friendly, and reliable business. We had a kitchen backup Sunday morning, and he showed up in 45 minutes. Came out within a day of requesting service. Was not able to fix anything (but were able to do the assessment for free), but gave some feedback which helped me fix it after they left. (They mentioned using a toilet augur to clean up some calcium / mineral deposits near the toilet line. That did some marginal help, but the real solution that I later thought of was to use CLR and I increased the tank water level inside the toilet. Since then, I haven't had any backup problems. read more

Todd answered my initial phone call, and was at my door shortly thereafter to clear a clogged shower drain. What he quoted on the phone was what he charged - which was very reasonable! He was respectful, efficient, and even removed his shoes prior to entering our home without being promoted. I'll absolutely use him again whenever needed. read more

We had a clogged drain from the kitchen to the laundry drain. If I ran the water in the kitchen it would overflow the pipe that the laundry drain hose goes into. I called several plumbers with no luck. Then I came across Drain Rooter Service and called them. within 30 minutes or so there was a knock on my door. He fixed the problem quickly and very reasonably. I would not hesitate at all if the need arises again to call them again. They will be first on my call list. Leonard Bignardi read more

This is the second time I have been very satisfied with Drain Rooter Service. The first time was in 2020 when they hydro-jetted my main line to the street, where they cleared roots entering my line. This time, Tu helped clear my master bathroom sink drain, which was clogged with roots. He first crawled through the crawl space to see if he he could see where the roots were entering the line. After not seeing any obvious entry points, he then unclogged the drain using a snake. I will be calling Todd again in the near future to come back out to do a camera inspection of the lines to determine how extensive the root issue is. I really appreciated the prompt response, the quality of the work and the reasonable pricing. Thank you, Todd & Tu! read more
