Horrible Communication, took way longer than promised, poor work…read more If their horrible communication and poor work above ground is any indication as to the work they did below ground I am in a lot of trouble The crews never showed up when they said they would. If they were running late or decided not to show up they never called. I lost a day of work on two separate occasions waiting on these guys just for them to never show. When crew left they never communicated with me as to when they would be back to finish the job. I ALWAYS had to call their office to get any information, they NEVER once called me. What was originally promised to be a 1 week project ended up being a month long ordeal. They left my yard looking like they had berried a body in the front yard because they never bothered to compact the dirt as they filled in the holes that they had dug. These holes settled a good 6 inches by the time spring came around. They settled another 6-8 inches once I took the water hose and repeatedly shoved it down into the grown 5-6 feet to soak the dirt. Had to remove and replace the concrete curbing around my tree because it had settled so much. The dirt that was piled up wasn't even left over the actual hole that they had dug which lead to the grass dying. Now, it comes spring time and I go to turn on my sprinklers and they didn't even bother to patch the 3'-0 long piece of pipe that they cut out of my sprinkler system when they were finished.

When the technician arrived, he said it was clogged and had gone bad and needed to be replaced. The technician told me he checked and the warrantee expired a few months ago. He quoted $4,082 to replace it. This seemed high, and after doing my own investigation, it is STILL UNDER WARRANTEE for another year for full replacement, and even if not covered would be half their quoted amount to replace.

The pipes had already been cleaned under the sink, but it turned out there was a blockage in some old pipes in the wall. He came back the next day and opened up the wall in a bedroom behind the sink in the bathroom. He was able to clean out the pipes and replace a pipe that had been corroded and ended up breaking during the auger process. Brent and his coworker worked quickly to diagnose the problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness with the job, as well as his honesty regarding what needed to be done. He gives a two hour window when he is coming to allow you to plan your day and his time for scheduling is very reasonable and not far out. Sometimes same day, or a few days later, depending on the situation. I will definitely call Brent again when I have plumbing problems that need to be fixed.
