I called Drain Mob to assess a funky smell coming from our master bathroom. Cody and John came through to make an assessment of the situation and walked me through what potentially is causing the issue. They helped resolve the issue and the problem has gone away! I really appreciate their help and liked that they described the issue in layman's terms. I will be calling them in the future if I need expert service for sure! read more

Normally I am not into Mobs, but Drain Mob. Yes, fully endorse them and have now used them a few times. Rob has helped me on 2 different occasions and done an exceptional job. Very professional and on time and took the time to explain issues. If you want great service and affordable prices matched with professionalism hire them. Thank you . read more

We recently purchased a home that required a total clean out and relining of the sewer pipes, and hired Drain Mob to do the job. Cody came out and did the initial quote, which was competitive and fair for the massive 5 day job it would be. Tyler and Dawson took over from there and did an absolutely phenomenal job, going above and beyond to ensure we knew the progress being made each day they were at our home. They were thorough, communicative, and performed quality work. Tyler walked us through the process and made us feel at ease with the work they were doing. They worked long hours to make sure the job was done up to their standards. We would 1000% recommend Drain Mob for your drain/pipe needs! read more

Saturday morning, clogged sink. Quoted $240 to come out. I made the appointment for the afternoon. Before they got there, I had another rooter company come. They were not able to clear it and left but did not charge me. When Drain Mob arrive he cleared it in 10mins. Final cost $262. read more

Jonathan came out after 2 other companies that offer super cheap prices came out and could not unclog my kitchen sink. The first 2 companies tried to upsell me at a cost of $2K-$2.5K, plus I'd be left with a hole in my drywall!! Jonathan really put in his best effort and got the job done for the upfront, quoted price. I am so relieved I was referred to this company. Don't be duped by $39 & $59 service calls, they work on commission. Much respect to Drain Mob. Many thanks and praises to Jonathan, because of him, I'll be referring everyone I can to Drain Mob and Jonathan. read more

Drain Mob saved my clients $$$$. When I received a call from my clients saying their shower and tub were backed up and knowing the property had cast iron piping, I was concerned. After three plumbers, two of the plumbers were sent by the home warranty company, and one left after making a complete mess. I scrambled and called to find a company with the right tools to assist. Drain Mob, the tech's name is Joey, had complete confidence that he could get the job done, and within 10 - 15 minutes, drains were cleared. Comparing their equipment trucks to other plumbers, I knew amateur hour was over. Shout out to Eduardo, who got the job scheduled quickly. Drain Mob are pros! read more

Ruben and Oscar did a great job. Very professional and thorough in their approach. Would highly recommend.

We had two separate crews at the house over the past 2 days to refurbish our cast iron main sewer line. The first crew did the prep work followed up the next day with the crew to install the lining. Both crews were very professional, diligent, knowledgeable, and polite. I cannot emphasize how impressed we were with the service and their personalities. Job well done Drain Mob. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Tyler, Dawson, Javier, Jesus, and the entire crew! read more

Recently cleared several drains (kitchen, shower, bath). Prompt, courteous, excellent communications, and professional. Previously had my house lined by them for several cracked pipes. Very happy they are in the area! read more

We had a serious backflow clog in our yard yesterday--it smelled awful and was a very unpleasant situation. Thankfully, we called Drain Mob, and they arrived quickly to clear out the drains and save the day. Tyler and Jesus showed up on time, were extremely professional, and did an excellent job. They didn't attempt to upsell us on unnecessary repairs, which we really appreciated. Instead, they showed us a video of our drains and reassured us that everything looked good. They simply advised us to be mindful of what we put down the drains. Lesson learned: just because something says it's "flushable" doesn't mean it actually is! Big thanks to Drain Mob for their prompt, honest, and efficient service. Highly recommend! read more

We had our old cast iron sewer pipe lined by Drain Mob. From start to finish, drain mob was thorough, professional, and curteous. We had a rather complex plumbing path to the main sewer line and they handled it in the most efficient and cost-effective way. A special thank you goes to Saul and Oscar who did the initial dig and concrete setting. They explained what they were doing every step of the way in a friendly manner and I felt comfortable that I had selected the right company for the job. I would highly recommend Drain Mob to anyone looking for the best drain and sewer company. read more

This company is great!! Had them first time for storm drain cleaning. They put a camera up all the drains and have high powered jets to clean everything out. They make videos of it all. Had them a second time to repair a drain that was completely blocked with roots. Tyler, Eddie and Jesus worked for 5+ hours repairing and jetting out the drains. They did a great job, kept me informed with everything that was messed up and took before and after videos. Left the place cleaner than when they arrived!! Very affordable for the work and time and experience. Looking forward to using them if we ever have a problem again. read more

Tyler and Carlos from Drain Mob were here last week to install an epoxy liner to repair root damage. They did a great job. Careful to protect my floors too. Very personable and professional. Thank you for efficiently fixing the issue. read more

Awesome job. Recommended by our regular plumber. They were fast, efficient and professional. Had to dig up under a garden to fix the broken pipe. They even put.all plants back where they were. read more

They were referred to us by a plumber we used, since he did not have the equipment and upgraded service that he can provide us, which included hydro jet and better cameras that can look deeper into possible other issues. They came right away and in less than 5 minutes knew what would help our drainage issue. And was done in less than an hour. On top of that? He gave me some lessons on what to do weekly to keep our drains and old pipes open and what to never ever put down thru garbage disposal and drain and why it is so bad for it and causes clogs. I call that great customer service. read more

I met Drain Mob through a Yelp search and they were fantastic to work with from the first phone call all the way through completion of the service. The pricing was incredibly fair and transparent. No games. Jonathan came out to complete the work and did a great job of explaining everything and even provided great feedback on how to maintain the lines after the service. Drain Mob was great to work with and I am very happy to provide a solid recommendation for others who may consider working with them. read more

Both kitchen sinks backed up after using the dishwasher and these sinks have been a growing issue since moving in. The building I live in have a very well known sharp turn of a pipe that is a challenge for many snakes to get through but Drain Mob was patient and were able to help clear the clog and also clean the mess in the pipes left behind by the previous owners. Their first technician couldn't get through it and so they sent a second tech the next day that was able to clear it. It took about 3 plumbers to fix this kitchen pipe issue as I hired someone else previously who ended up not having the experience and was trying to suggest cutting a hole into my wall to get to the clog. This was a huge weight off my shoulders to have experienced professionals finally fix this long time headache. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. read more

We had an emergency- internal flooding due to a sewage block. Rob and Caleb showed up and took care of it. Not an easy task as the main access was buried out of site underground. This was a Friday night - they could have just referred this job to another organization in order to locate the buried access - but they stayed determined and their expertise made it possible to find it, dig it up (with my permission) and handle the problem. Rob Patrick and Caleb (last name unknown) - literally saved the day! read more

Our previous drain cleaner(s) merged with larger companies and their fees went sky-high. I was fortunate enough to find DRAIN MOB and described my problem through their website. I received a very pleasant call shortly after from Ellen and she scheduled a technician to come to our house the following morning. The tech called - as promised - and reported that he would arrive in 25 minutes. Rob and his assistant Steve were as friendly as could be and went to work. The equipment on his truck looked amazingly professional; he explained what he was going to do which was run a camera from the cleanout. He loaned me his phone so that I could watch as he pushed the camera into the drain line. The problem was found almost instantly and without needing a snake to clear the blockage, he was able to fix the problem with only the aid of the camera! Rob and Steve checked a connecting drain line to make certain it was clear (it was) and they were on their way in record time! The fee was very reasonable. We were asked what type of TP we used, and it was explained that that is part of the problem (with reoccurring visits necessary). Some manufacturers add a type of clay to their TP, and it becomes stiff and oftentimes is the root of the problem. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and the talents we observed. I became a fan of DRAIN MOB instantly!! read more

Rob & Steve are the real deal! After having multiple plumbing companies try (and fail) to fix our persistent shower drain issue, Rob & Steve came in and figured it out quickly and professionally. Excellent service from start to finish--we truly appreciate their effort and highly recommend them! read more

Jacob Kemble, Operations Manager, did the intial evaluation and remained on-site to supervise the repair. He is very professional and knowledgeable about sewer line repairs. Drain Mob uses an epoxy-felt sleeve of substantial thickness to line a cast iron vent pipe communicating with the main sewer line below the slab. This type of durable lining allows subsequent clearing of the line with rotor rooter techniques or water jetting. Not all linings are strong enough to tolerate these maintenance procedures. The lining is guaranteed for 20 years, with a life expectancy of 50-60 years. I plan to line the entire main sewer line under the slab with the same technique next month. Very happy with the work done to date. read more

I had a drain back up and called Drain Mob. When the blockage was cleared, it was noted that my old cast iron sewer pipes had issues so I had Drain Mob come back and Cody gave me an estimate to put in a liner. Ruben, Vicente and Diego provided excellent service and even suggested a better solution that actually save me a little money. The company provided timely communication. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with backed up drains! read more

Drain Mobs really helped us out! After 4 other plumbing companies, Drain Mobs were able to fix our problem. We live in a town house and need a technician familiar with this house style to assist. We learned not all plumbing services provide hydro jetting on a townhouse due to the pipe set up. Our technician, Kyle, was great and really went the extra effort to help us out. Very grateful for him to get our house back on track. I was able to make a same day appointment. Great customer service experience with both the office staff and technician. Highly recommend! read more

Quick toilet pull and snake to unclog a tricky pipe. Great service and good value. Fast, efficient, and helpful.

Ryan with Drain Mob saved the day! It was the Friday before Christmas, and my kitchen sink backed up. It was about 3PM when I noticed it. Ryan was at my place super-quick (about an hour after I called) and within 30 minutes he snaked the drain, got it cleared, and was all wrapped up! He operated in a very tidy manner (no mess, nothing to clean up) and was a true professional. Thank you Ryan and Drain Mob! read more

I called Drain Mob to fix a leak (that would start when I turned the valve on) and a clog, caused by my kid throwing something down the toilet. I didn't know beforehand that these guys are not licensed plumbers , just "drain guys". The technician came to my house to fix the problem while I was at work (around 8:20am). My wife let him in to do the work. When I got home (around 5pm), I noticed water damage and leaking in the ceiling. The technician left with AN ACTIVE LEAK! He did not call to tell me that there was leaking, nor did he turn off the main. There was evidence that he placed paper towels down then left. When speaking to his supervisor about the incident, he refused to accept any responsibility, and said I had originally called in about a leak, so therefore I caused the leak. Furthermore , he continued to gaslight me and blame me for the leak and "faulty hardware". I had to have a real licensed plumber come out at night to stop the leak. The professional said the fittings were not properly reattached, and it looked as if some "bumped" or "knocked" the attachment at the valve hard enough to cause it to continue to leak, even when turned off. This business never admitted their mistake, blamed me, and the supervisor was rude. They are dishonorable and unprofessional. My advice is take your business to a reputable, honorable, licensed company instead safe the heartache of water damage. (I have video showing the steady leak but I can't post on Yelp for whatever reason) read more

When 2 of the 3 toilets in the household stopped flushing, I needed to get a plumber to help - pronto! But when I called the one we used 2 years ago, they said no one could come out until the next day. We found Drain Mob thanks to Yelp and they dispatched a technician to our place within a 3-hour window (North Escondido area). The plumber (Brian or Ryan?) showed up at the beginning of the 3-hour window estimate (pleasant surprise!) and got to work. We explained the situation - he checked the main line outside the house and after ruling out a few things, cleared both toilets. He was competent and in & out in a short amount of time. It seems like plumbing always ends up being an "emergency" situation, and we are so glad to have found a trusty company to add to our speed-dial, for whenever the next time we need them! read more

It was recommended that I called Drain Mob. I needed a plumber to clear the drains at my 90-year-old parents house. They arrived on time and Waylon, their plumbing technician was absolutely a dream for my parents. He spoke slow and loud so they could understand. He took the time to discuss with them what was going on, and he left a clean area and smiles on everybody's face. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had to call my HOA for a plumber to clear the line for a backup deep in the wall. I got a call from Michelle early the next morning and Hank was here within 2 hours. Drain Mob Rocks! I had my drains cleared and sealed. Took 4 days and every day I came home I couldn't tell they were there. They cleaned up after themselves every day! Joey and Carlos are awesome! Joey was able to snake a drain the three other plumbers couldn't/wouldn't. Carlos communicate everyday and was always on time. Their pricing is pretty reasonable too. They worked with me and we agreed in a great price! I could go on and on but try them and find out! read more

I had a kitchen line with a slow clog. It wasn't critical as I was in the middle of a renovation. Also, I wanted a thorough hydroblast and inspection of my mainline. I have to admit, I hadn't had any preventative maintenance in years! After talking to a few places that were talking hourly rates and not really addressing my concerns, I reached out to Drain Mob based on their website and Yelp reviews. I filled out the form on the site and was contacted about 2 hours later. Really friendly service. They came out the next day and my technician was Waylon. I briefed him on the kitchen and also stated that I wanted the mainline hydroblast and video. He suggested the same for the kitchen, and I opted for that. I also like his friendly, can-do attitude. The hydroblast and videos of both lines were completed and Waylon showed me pictures of both. Thankfully, while worn, all the cast iron was free from roots. These services were not cheap, but the level of service and thoroughness plus the peace of mind was well worth it! read more

The reviews don't lie! I received a referral to Drain Mob from Courtesy Plumbing for a clogged toilet. Hank arrived the same day, in fact, he called to see if he could come 2 hours earlier than promised! Wow, I was thrilled. It took quite a bit of time to get to the source of the backup and Hank was eager to try all the methods available. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, Hank was professional, cleaned up everything and I now have clean pipes again! I will be calling Drain Mob to look at my outdoor storm drain before we hit the rainy season. Definitely recommend! read more

We are day 2 of plumbing work at our house! We are soooo impressed with Tyler and Jesus. So, professional, communicative and clean. YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW!! First of all, as a relatively new homeowner of a 75-year-old home with mostly original plumbing, I have finally found my GO-TO plumber. Let me just say I am beyond relieved that I found Drain Mob. They literally saved me $7500, no joke. The company I had out first told me I needed new in/out clean-outs, pipes, and a hydrojet cleaning. I had no reason not to believe him at first because one, this is an old house, and two, he seemed honest. HOWEVER, something made me go and get ONE MORE opinion. Rob came out and checked everything out. Then he asked to see the toilet (the problem was there was not a strong flush; nothing was backing up or anything) -- and he quickly diagnosed something the first plumber would have never found bc he didn't even ask to see the toilet --- hard calcium deposits inside the siphon jets! He pulled out chunks and then advised me to get some muriatic acid and dissolve the rest, which I did, and my toilet is now back to full flushing! He also said that my in/out clean-outs were fine and did not need to be replaced. Total cost was only a $125 house call! I am blown away by his honesty, because I was ready to believe anything. I was THISCLOSE to having to get a home loan to pay that original $7500 the other plumbers wanted. And get this: Even if I had paid that other company the $7500, it STILL would NOT have fixed my issue because the hard calcium deposits would NOT have been addressed. Imagine how I'd feel after paying that and not having the problem solved yet! Now, I'm sure that I may eventually have to address that old clay pipe that goes to the main -- maybe I'll outlive that happening, who knows ? - LOL. BUT if and when that happens or if I get a backup or need a hydrojet cleaning, who do you think I will be calling? You got that right -- DRAIN MOB. THANK YOU, ROB AND DRAIN MOB!!! Knowing that I at least have an honest and reliable plumber/sewer line specialist on my call list is such a big relief. read more

They did what they said they came here to do, which was clean the rain gutters (the ones that are underground and go to the street). Only, when I tested it, the water took forever to flow. I called my general contractor/handyman and he found soooo many roots, like sooooo many, fully clogged pipes.. When I initially called this place the representative said they would pressure wash inside the downspouts (came to find out that they don't do that once the actual workers came), and the representative said that the power wash can break up most roots, which again, was simply not true. I wish they would have told me at the end of the service that they couldn't clear it that way I could've taken care of this issue another way. I feel like it was $600+ down the drain:( I'm sure they might be good for other people's issues, but didn't do a thing for our issues. read more
