He did a great job, he got past the first blockage at 22 feet and clear the pipes, but then went another thirty feet and cleared another two sections of roots in the pipes. I had a very slow drain, but it wasn't completely blocked. Randy came out and in less than 5 minutes he diagnosed my garbage disposal - which I knew was broken but not if it was fixable - and dislodged whatever was slowing the flow because it was blocking the drain that went out of the disposal! My tub that I thought was slow just shaped right up and flowed - like taking your car to be fixed and it just doesn't do what it was doing! Got the Drain Doctors information from Networx Team. Plumber called me, text me and finally when I was able set up an appointment with me. Plumber showed up on time talked to me for 2 minutes and never came back. I called and text the plumber back and he just kept saying he would come back. He never did. I missed two hours at work waiting 4 hours for him to come back and I had to spend additional time to find someone to do a ten minute job. I regretfully used them to clear a bathtub and they made a bad situation worse. My main drain had clogged after they had come to clear the bathtub. Now water was coming up from my toilet and after trying multiple times to get them to come back they finally "offered" to charge me again for coming back to clear a problem that they caused. They were not only unresponsive but rude. I echo Chris O.'s sentiment. The owner apparently does not care about customer service and worse they want to charge for it! I have to post again on their behalf. Maybe there are a host of bad employees and I'm just getting the good guys - but I had another great experience. It was close to Christmas and a very bad smell had invaded our downstairs den. The plumber couldn't find the problem, but suggested that it may be caused by a blocked pipe somewhere. Called Drain Doctor and again - they arrived within two hours. The man spent about half an hour before correctly diagnosing the problem. We have a shower we never use and therefore there was no water in the U-pipe below the shower to block sewer gasses that were backing up into the den. A few cups of water later the smell was gone. So I called a plumber. He couldn't get the job done. But he very nicely recommended me to the Drain Doctor. When the D.D. Came they fixed the issue. They even said we will guarantee the job for 90 days. Ironically I noticed it still wasn't perfect. They came back and adjusted the drain. Then about a week later, I called again. I said the drain is perfect. But the pipes aren't sealed perfect. They came right over and put on a proper sealer. ZERO CHARGE! The total the Drain Doctor charged was $170. Tech Matt was great , the office Communication need improvement, my drain job required two visits , first request was for camera inspection, second visit was to correct issue found , several days after the job was completed I called to find out how much they charged my credit card ... dispatcher told me $577. Invoice was actually $1,190.oo. My sewer main backed up first thing in the morning. I called Drain Doctor at 7:55am and the van pulled up to my house at 8:15am. I know their website advertises fast service but that was pretty amazing! The issue with the main was at the trap, which wasn't immediately visible from the basement. Efran had to call for backup, but Bill showed up quickly and they were able to dig to uncover the trap and cleared the blockage shortly afterwards. The cost was in no way unreasonable for the amount of work and the time it took. Drain Doctor was fast, professional, and friendly. I would (and have) recommended them to friends. Was really happy with my experience today, I called in the morning at around 9:30 and was quoted an hour or two, and they offered to call me when the person was 30 minutes out so that I wouldn't have to miss too much work. The technician Matt came on time and was extremely efficient, friendly, and taught me about what was going on. Waste water was backing up onto my basement floor, so I called Drain Doctor, which an appliance repairman recommended to me. It turned into a multi-visit experience through no fault of any of the three technicians. From the people who answered the phone to the technicians who performed the services, everyone was kind, polite, and helpful. Each visit happened promptly, and each technician arrived on time, appropriately masked for this pandemic. Each technician patiently answered my questions, worked incredibly hard, and cleaned up the inevitable leaking mess. Although it was a stressful and week-long experience, largely due to previous homeowners who clearly didn't believe in paying for home maintenance (and apparently didn't read the warning "DO NOT FLUSH" on packages of baby or adult wipes), these guys were great. The problem is not entirely solved yet because a crumbling pipe needs to be replaced (for which a plumber is required), but they were even helpful enough to provide me with the names of several plumbers who deal with jobs like this. My shower drain clogged something fierce, called Drain Doctor at 10AM on Monday, Bob showed up at 10:30 and had the drain unclogged by 10:45. It cost $160, I'm not sure how that stacks up, but I couldn't be happier with the speedy service. Bob even told me how to attempt to clear the clogged drain myself in the future by plugging up all the other drains with rags and plunging the clogged drain. Super impressed. I called around 8:45pm on a Saturday night b/c the main drain to our house was backed up, meaning no water can leave the house. They were here by 11pm and were hundreds of dollars less expensive than other companies. They were also the only ones who could get here the same night. Woke up to the smell of sewage in my house. I've lived through the horror of a "backup" and so I immediately called Drain Doctor. Within two hours Bob was at my door. We have recently had a big snowstorm, and in order to clean out my main sewer line Bob had to shovel out a path and clear snow off the bulkhead. He did so very cheerfully, even though that is not part of hie job. He snaked the drain and then checked all the toilets in the house to make sure there were no additional problems. I did something stupid - put uncooked rice in my drain, and it blocked my kitchen sink. To make things worse, my dishwasher showed an error message because it couldn't drain.
