I never knew I needed to have a regular window guy, but after meeting the fine folks at Dragon's Breath, I now know I do. With the family coming for the holidays, I realized way too late that my windows needed to sparkle. So I started calling around. And when everyone else was booking out a month or so after the holidays, Dragon's Breath put my mind at ease with a simple "sure, how about Thursday?". They were on time, super professional and friendly, and did an outstanding job. They didn't even tease me too much when the "30 windows" guesstimate that I provided over the phone ended up being, actually, 60 windows once we counted - so the job took them twice as long - and they didn't say we'll have to come back or we need more people...they said "sure, let's get started." We spent the day together :-) and I couldn't be happier. These are now my regular window guys. And if you like sparkly clean windows, they'll be yours too! I can't wait to have them back! read more

Wow! I had such a great experience with them. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Excellent service (A+++) and reasonable price. They are a very professional team. We used their window washing and pressure washing services for our patio and front porch. Making an appointment was so easy; Karley responded in email very quickly, which helped me tremendously. She was so accommodating as well. Daniel and Brian showed up on time and did a wonderful job going above and beyond in all respects. After they completed the window wash, they checked each window one by one to make sure they haven't missed any spots. Our back patio and front porch now look beautiful after the pressure washing. I would definitely recommend them! read more

Despite missing my first message several months ago, I have to give credit that DB reached out and apologized for not originally responding to the original request. Their timing couldn't be better as I still needed them and I hired them pretty much on the spot. Let me tell you my driveway looks 10 years younger and Brian and his team took the time to clean additional items around my house. I really appreciate the additional work and frankly his timing was spot on so when you need someone to pressure was your driveway or whatever needs pressure washing look no further than Dragon's Breath. read more

The guys from Dragons Breath came to wash the outside of the windows on my home. The appt was easy to schedule, and they showed up right on time. The guys took their time, and washed the windows meticulously. Very professional team, did a great job, very reasonably priced. I will definitely call them back in the future! read more

100% recommend these guys for pressure washing. They did an excellent job removing years of oil stains from my garage by treating the floors with a chemical and then pressure washing. I knew the stains would probably not be totally gone due to the nature of the stains but I was happy to see they got it looking so much better. They even advised next steps if I did want to do another treatment to remove the stains even more. Very informative and helpful. Very happy with Dragon's Breath. Fair pricing. read more

I was extremely pleased with the service and overall customer service of this team. Their rates are very competitive, and the response time to my inquiry for a quote was incredibly fast. I needed to have my windows cleaned in less than 48 hours prior to listing our house for sale, and these guys were able to book me the next day. They're very friendly and professional, and the process was explained thoroughly. Would definitely recommend!!! read more

I've had a gutter leaking for years - wearing a hole in the landscaping and taking that gentle Texas rain shower and making it sounds like water pouring off a cliff. Our roof is steep, and that corner of the house is 3 stories off the ground - I tried, but I'm not getting up there. My thought was the gutter was clogger with debris from when the roof was replaced years ago. Enter Dragon's breath. I messaged a few roof/gutter cleaning services on Yelp, but Dragon's breath was the most responsive, and best rated. When everyone wanted to come out to the house for an estimate, Dragon's breath provided one by messaging. Scheduling was easy and even when they needed to reschedule due to rain and high-winds, they were communicative and accommodating. In the end, the gutters were clean -- it was the joint that was leaking. Doh! No worries, they gave me a quote on the spot and were out a few days later with 'the big ladder' to repair it. During the last rain storm, the gutters are all clear and no longer leak/over flow. Dragon's Breath is another one of those companies of Yelp that deserves their 5 star rating. Karley, Brian and team have been great! read more

Love the work Daniel and Karley did at my house. My gutters kept overflowing and couldn't figure out what the issue was. Dragon's Breath arrived on time and unclogged the gutters to ensure they functioned properly. Check out the pics to see the difference. Notice the big wet spots on the brick in the BEFORE pictures. Those wet spots are gone after Dragon's Breath worked on the gutters and downspouts. read more

For the first time as a homeowner (and I've been a homeowner for almost 10 years) I had my gutters professionally cleaned. I was very pleased with every aspect of my interaction with Dragon's Breath. They were responsive and communicated effectively. They did a great job cleaning my gutters and even left to purchase wasp spray to take care of a nest that was interfering with their job. The total price was very reasonable and they seemed very honest throughout the job. Would hire again! read more

They are amazing! It was a pleasure chatting with Karley to schedule our appointment. On the day of, Brian and Daniel called before they arrived and the arrived on time. They were so respectful of our space and health, and did a great job cleaning our windows and screens/tracks. It looks so clean! We had a lizard living between our screen and window, and they were so gentle with the cute little lizard and managed to get him out to safety. Wonderful people, highly recommend. read more

We just moved in to our 2-story home and were in desperate need of gutter/downspout and window cleaning. Karley responded quick and provided a very fair and accurate quote. Daniel and Brian called ahead, as Karley said they would, and they arrived even earlier than expected. They were very thorough and here for almost 3 hours. They also helped me remove some stuck screens and pointed out any areas of concern. What more could I ask for? read more

Dragon's Breath Pressure Washing replied quickly, was able to provide an accurate estimate from photos and satellite imagery to calculate square footage, and they did a great job cleaning up the house exterior with pressure washing for the concrete and brick surfaces, power washing for the siding and more delicate surfaces, and cleaning for window screens and windows. Dragons Breath came out to clean my windows (interior & exterior) and solar screens, in preparation for selling the house. They even asked if we'd like to keep the screens off for listing pictures, and offered to return after to put the screens back on at no additional cost!! They wore booties in the house and incredibly clean and professional. read more

Got wall and window cleaning. They did a fantastic job. They even give you good advice prior to making any change on what we initially planned. read more

These guys are wonderful! We were listing our house with short notice. And although we had hired professional cleaners for the inside, we hired them to wash our exterior windows. Getting a quote was a breeze, all the other cleaners wanted to come out and make a big deal out of it but we needed quick. Not only did they come out and do a stellar job, they even helped me clean the interior of a high window we didn't ask for. And they made our wraught iron door look almost brand new. And trust me, it's super hard to clean. In hindsight, I wish I had hired them to do our exterior AND interior instead of relying on the housecleaners to do a good job on the inside. So do yourself a favor, have these guys do as much cleaning that they offer because they are top notch. I've already told several people about them, including my realtor. So I hope they get more business. They are amazing! read more
