She was super flexible and was able to send us all proofs via e-mail. If something needed an adjustment or needed to be seen in person she would work, often times overnight, to fix designs to our liking and ship them to us. She was super creative and great at interpreting all of our ideas!!! After our invitations went out we received so many compliments that we were afraid the wedding itself would not live up to the quality + beauty of the invitations, ha! Rachel did our invitations, programs, match boxes, napkins, stir sticks, koozies, welcome bags and so much more. Now that the wedding is all over we have turned around and asked her to help us with thank you notes. The quality, beauty and creativity of all things that Rachel made for the wedding is truly unmatched, not to mention very reasonably priced!! It sometimes comes down to the little details at the end of the day and with Rachel we didn't have to worry about a thing. She was right there with us making changes and perfecting programs up until the day of. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rachel to everyone!!!!

I would employ her services again without reservation and I am truly going to miss communicating with her now that the wedding is over!

I have already had multiple items framed from this location, but recently I brought in four pieces. I piece I asked for some special modifications to the piece and they were able to accommodate all of my requests. You can't even tell where they made the modifications I asked for. The frame materials they use are the best and they really live up to the name "Fast". When I brought the items in, they told me when they would be completed and it wasn't that long of a wait. But to my surprise, they had them all finished a week sooner! The people who work there are also the best. Kate helped me and she is absolutely amazing! She was great at helping me pick out mat and framing, sizing and everything I needed. When I picked up the finished products, they were perfect! They even came out better than I expected. I have to drive an hour to get to FastFrame and there are other framing stores closer. But none do the same great work as FastFrame. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if you have anything you want framed, you'll be so happy with their work.

We did everything over email, which was super nice and convenient for me. She provided me pictures and I gave her some of my ideas as well. She ended up putting together everything beautifully! I had my bouquet, 8 bridesmaids bouquets, 12 boutonnieres, 3 corsages, 15 center pieces and greenery for the ceremony. My succulent themed pieces she put together were a huge hit with everyone. She also did my guest favors which were little succulents in tea cups, which were adorable! Gretchen was worth every penny I spent on my flowers. They were exactly what I had envisioned. She delivered everything the day of and it was done beautifully! If you are considering working with a florist for any special event I would a thousand times recommend working with Petals, Ink!

Everything was clean and organized, which made it easy to just relax and focus on learning. The instructor was fantastic--super patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I came in with zero experience, but they explained everything step-by-step and made the whole process feel approachable. Even when my piece started off a little rough, they helped me turn it into something I was actually proud of. Using the pottery wheel was definitely the highlight. It's a bit challenging at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly fun and even a little therapeutic. The class was paced perfectly, so I never felt rushed and had plenty of time to practice. The atmosphere was another big plus. Everyone was friendly, and it felt more like a relaxed, creative hangout than a formal class. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Glazing the pieces was such a fun final step, and seeing the finished product after firing was so satisfying. I honestly didn't expect to end up with something I'd actually want to keep--but I love it! Highly recommend Feats of Clay for anyone looking to try something new, de-stress, or just have a fun, creative experience. I'll definitely be back!

The way she showed our bridal sized-4 bride how the sample sized-12 dress could potentially fit helped us truly envision the gown on her. The FIRST veil she showed us was so perfect that we need not see any others. She was patient, kind, and attentive. What could easily have been an overwhelming experience for our quiet, reserved bride, became a cherished memory instead. We know that the dress she chose today will be exactly right for her wedding day, and we could not be more pleased. The dress was right at the right price. We have see more elaborate, flashy bridal salons, but in all of the wedding party fittings we have been a part of, etc, we have never had better service. Thank you, Faith, for making this such an incredible experience for us.

Had the most unfortunate experience at Belle saison. I bought my dress there 15 months in advance…read moreto avoid stress. My dress came in 2 months late. no big deal, I went to go, try it on, and the dress was damaged. The shop agreed to fix the dress, they said it would take a few months. They never updated me on when the dress was going to be ready. I had to call and email in order to get an update. At this point I wasn't very stressed out because we still had months until the wedding. I finally got an update. The store said the dress was fixed, however, it looked even worse than it did originally. At this point they just said they would order a new dress for me entirely. I was totally fine with that. They never gave me an update as to when the dress would be arriving. I called and emailed a few months later to ask when it would be here and they gave me a date. That date came and went and they never reached out to me. I had to call again to get an update. Finally they give me another arrival date, it never came and they again didn't update me. Getting an update from them was like pulling teeth. I finally got pretty frustrated because it had been almost a year since we originally ordered the dress and my wedding was getting very close. I had to tell them if it wasn't here within a few weeks then I didn't want the dress anymore. Magically two days later the dress arrived. I go to try it on, and the dress has the same issue as the first one AND another even more noticeable issue. I was so upset and frustrated at this point because to me, it looks like the same dress but with another issue. I told them at this point that I didn't even want the dress anymore. Itold them to keep it and I just wanted a refund. Obviously they didn't want the dress because no one would buy it full price in that condition. They tried to gaslight me and tell me the dress looked fine when it was very clearly ripped in two places. They would not give me my money Back.I was more than reasonable the months and months I didn't hear back from them I didn't make a scene. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, which added even more stress on me and made the whole dress shopping experience really unenjoyable. It was supposed to be exciting and it definitely was not. I had to get an entire new dress 3 months from the wedding. I wish I never knew this place existed, and I wish the same for anyone reading this. RUN FROM BELLE SAISON!!!!!!

My wedding was in…read moreJuly 2025 and was a destination celebration in Cairo, Egypt, so finding the right dress felt stressful on top of all the other logistics. I began dress shopping in December at the start of the year and had over a dozen appointments at different stores, trying on more than 60 dresses. It sounds like the typical story of finding the perfect fit and feeling that magic, but it truly happened for me. I teared up when I slipped into the Jory dress. Timeless, simple, and incredibly flattering. It was the most certain and effortless decision I made during my entire wedding planning journey. I purchased the dress around February and was told it was already being finished and ready to ship. No rush fees, no extra costs. Just an elegant, stunning dress that would arrive within a couple of weeks at a store just five minutes from my home. They even held on to the dress for me up until it was time to fly to my wedding. I greatly appreciated that because I didn't have room anywhere in my apartment and I also didn't want to risk damaging it. Considering Pronovias' quality and reputation, the price felt incredibly reasonable and well within my budget. I was lucky that I loved a classic style that didn't need embellishments or extra details. The dress was simple, beautiful, and classic in the best way. It felt like me most of all. Now to my experience with Jade. First off, she looks like she stepped off a runway, full of poise and elegance. She was incredibly calming and intuitive throughout the entire process. She knew exactly when to have me try on another dress and when to stop so I would not overthink or confuse myself. She handled everything with ease and grace and made me feel completely at peace during such a high stakes moment. I tell all my family and friends that choosing my wedding dress was the easiest part of my entire wedding. I feel so lucky to have found this dress. It truly felt like a God moment. I am so grateful to Jade and the entire Pronovias Austin team. Everyone was kind, professional, and made the experience unforgettable.
