So far everything I've seen is just absolutely beautiful and the sales lady was very helpful but she was young and was trying to help me find a suitable piece of furniture that I was seeking. My style is a little bit different but yet they do have very nice things to show. Grant it I understand how sales people work but the fact is I was looking for more than just furniture I was looking for rugs and to redecorate my place. After looking , I finally found what I was seeking and decided that I will give them a call and give them plenty of time to arrange to see what I am needing on my property. They have all kinds of colors and beautiful styled clothing as well and boots it's either a hitter or miss either you find what you're looking for or you can't find what you're looking for. Either way this is a really neat eye Opener,because everything that they show you is really nice and beautiful. So I'll be returning and very grateful for the sales lady to actually show me a book that has everything in that I may need and want. The Pink Tulip was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding, and helped to make our big day…read moretruly amazing. Lauren was attentive, patient, and gave us the confidence we needed to know our wedding would be perfect. When we were figuring out print options, we knew ours would be a little more tricky, because we got our tattoo artist to design custom tattoos for our table numbers. Because of that, we had a lot of prints, and we knew they all had to be perfect to show off the table numbers. At every turn, Lauren was more than helpful, and was able to show us multiple proofs of exactly what our brochures, bar signs, table numbers and everything else would look like. Her attention to detail gave us confidence everything would come out perfect, and it did just that! In addition, we had assigned tables for our guests, so we had a seat chart. She was so flexible on working with us, as we got married on December 3rd. Being the week after thanksgiving, we had several changes to our list last minute, and Lauren was always gracious and never made us feel stressed about those changes. But I'm writing this review for one specific reason and that is the person in the framing department named Payton. He is an excellent example of customer service in action. This guy helps you figure out what you need, how to get it done, and where to get the supplies. Then when you come back because you can't remember something he said, he helps you again. Patient, knowledgeable, and professional. You couldn't hope for more!
