Within hours I was notified by the tech Steve who diagnosed my problem and gave me options and prices. We agreed on the job and by noon the manager Mark called me and said I was all set. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed to factory standards, replacing the entire right side of the car (I had deep scratches from a parking garage), including three layers of specialty paint and polish and coordinating the installation of a roof rack and a bike rack form a third party vendor. This is your guy, I can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a terrible experience with ASA Roadservice. On February 21, 2025, I called Geico for roadside…read moreassistance, and they sent an ASA technician to change my flat tire. The technician installed my spare tire, but the next morning, only 30 seconds into driving, the spare tire came off my car, flew across the road, and caused my vehicle to slide off the road, resulting in significant damage. When I called the technician, he showed no accountability and refused to help, saying it wasn't his problem. Clearly, the tire was not properly installed, and this negligence caused serious damage to my car. I would not recommend this service to anyone--poor installation, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for the damage caused.

The owner , Larry is 1) rude to you and treats you like a criminal 2) ) will postpone or delay installation until proper mechanic is free and 3) is not open weekends for monthly check ups and the Guardian system will set off with or without introduction of alcohol into your bloodstream. I have an Ignition Interlock Device (aka breathalyzer) in my car, due to a drunk driving charge,…read morewhich I have to blow into if I'm going to start the engine. There is a number to call for body shops to shut down the device so they can work on it. He assured me they had done this before and not to worry, so I left my keys. However, once the work was finished I got in the car and could not start it as the device read "LOCKOUTVIOL" meaning the mechanic blew into the device breathalyzer to turn the car on after he had been drinking. Let that sink in - he blew into a breathalyzer after drinking. Needless to say I'm enraged and the mechanic is a complete moron to blow into a breathalyzer after drinking. If this doesn't get squared away I could have my time with the device (which you have to have calibrated and pay a $65 monthly charge) extended. I hope that's not the case but I won't know until tomorrow, most likely. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Oh, one more thing, they also didn't bother replacing the damaged fender at all, meaning I need that replaced as well before it rusts out.

Initially attracted by their fair pricing, I quickly stayed for the quality. Unlike many franchise shops--and even some luxury dealerships--this location does things by the book. As someone who routinely checks lug nut torque after service, I've been consistently impressed. While most techs "go to town" with an impact wrench, the team here actually torques to spec every single time. If you're looking for the absolute lowest price at the expense of quality, go elsewhere. But if you value precise work, a reasonable price, and a solid warranty, this is the best shop in the area.
