He finally said he fixed the problem and I ended up having to pay $500 just to pay ANOTHER $500 to have someone else fix the problem in a few hours. The owner denied any responsibility and refused to give a partial refund even though on his invoice it states "ALL WORK PERFORMED AND PARTS USED SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR 90 DAYS OR 3000 MILES". New mechanic also pointed out a freshly stripped axle as well. Now I'm out $1,000 with damage to my vehicle because of his mistake and negligence. Marc refuses to refund me even $200. Even now, if I was given a partial refund I'd be happy to remove this review, as we are human and make mistakes. But I won't hold my breath.

While applying FluidFilm noticed rear pinion seal was leaking (missed this during my initial inspection) so I checked the fluid level. It was down 1/2 quart. Checked front differential and it was 1/2 to 1qt low as well. The vehicle was sold "as is" but I can see the passenger front caliper was replaced so why wouldn't their on site mechanic have taken care of these minor issues.

Reached out to 1(a)st Priority and planned to have the truck picked up after business hours so there would not be an issue with traffic. The representative I spoke with said I should call back around 7:00 p.m. I tried about 20 minutes early and was connected to the company's voice mail. I called back at 7:00 pm...and 7:05... and 7:10. I was ghosted by 1(a)st priority. Can't speak to the quality of service because I never got any. If you're stranded and need help on a Sunday afternoon, don't call Last Priority.
