I paid to have it put together and installed, due to bad installation / assembly I had a hydraulic line failure already after three small snowstorms! Cost me hundreds in parts and labor to repair last min and when contacting Donovan and speaking with Jim & Jay they left me with NO resolution and offered a $30 hose to replace the ruptured line. All set with this place!!! What a joke!!! It isn't reasonable to assume that within 7 weeks of paying for a "professional install" and almost $8k for a new plow that this was just maybe installed incorrectly on their part? The owner simply stated that I didn't follow "warranty guidelines" as it broke at 3am and couldn't wait hours or maybe days to repair so ALL costs I incurred are my responsibility. The owner denied any responsibility and refused to give a partial refund even though on his invoice it states "ALL WORK PERFORMED AND PARTS USED SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR 90 DAYS OR 3000 MILES". New mechanic also pointed out a freshly stripped axle as well. Now I'm out $1,000 with damage to my vehicle because of his mistake and negligence. Marc refuses to refund me even $200. Even now, if I was given a partial refund I'd be happy to remove this review, as we are human and make mistakes. But I won't hold my breath.

While applying FluidFilm noticed rear pinion seal was leaking (missed this during my initial inspection) so I checked the fluid level. It was down 1/2 quart. Checked front differential and it was 1/2 to 1qt low as well. The vehicle was sold "as is" but I can see the passenger front caliper was replaced so why wouldn't their on site mechanic have taken care of these minor issues.

The representative I spoke with said I should call back around 7:00 p.m. I tried about 20 minutes early and was connected to the company's voice mail. I called back at 7:00 pm...and 7:05... and 7:10. I was ghosted by 1(a)st priority. Can't speak to the quality of service because I never got any. If you're stranded and need help on a Sunday afternoon, don't call Last Priority.

Matt and Kyle saved me well over $400! I had an engine light which gave a code of P0300 "to many…read moremisfires". The code recommended me to replace plugs, wires, vacuum leaks and various other crap. Matt said, "I'd love to take more of you're money but let's start with the exhaust. Take it to a exhaust shop and have them leak test it. Then come back, see me and we'll go from there." Being new to Derry, I had no clue where to find an exhaust company locally so Kyle and Matt both recommended Lou's Custom Exhaust.
