I went in for a routine cleaning and Gayle was absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and personable hygienist. She genuinely made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. Dr Kwon and his team are the absolute best. The facilities are immaculate, service is stellar and there is an obvious focus on fostering relationships. The care he extends to his patients and the community is apparent to anyone who has spent any time with him. For those that have never been to the office, it is the cleanest, most technologically advanced dental office you've ever seen. I can understand why some people think it is corporate owned. They couldn't be more wrong. Grace Dental is a family owned small business with an exceptional owner in Dr Kwon and his wife who are simply professional beyond belief, take pride in their business and pay attention to the smallest details. Despite booking a full-service cleaning, the hygienist spent nearly an hour touring the facility, asking extensive dental history questions, running scans, and reviewing potential treatment plans--with the dentist briefly stepping in at the end. It quickly became clear that this prolonged diagnostic process was just a setup to rack up exam fees and manufacture a reason to push costly, unnecessary treatments for profit. After all that administrative and diagnostic time, the actual physical teeth cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes, only for them to tell me I suddenly needed a deep cleaning. Spending an hour padding charges and pushing over-treatment only to rush through a less than10-minute cleaning does not feel like quality patient care. Won't be returning.

They took a large number of x-rays. When they found out that I had another insurance policy as well, she decided to take even more x-rays. The work plan clearly would finance a new car. Couldn't believe the amount of decay that was discovered by this dentist and needed work. This reminded me of over 40+ years ago, my now wife, went to a dentist for an emergency and that dentist agreed to treat her, if she would come back for needed polishing of her amalgams. My old dentist didn't see these issues. I went to a new dentist a year later, who took new x-rays. This dentist, also a woman, is not on my dental plan; but is highly recommended. I had one cracked filling that needed to be repaired. Most of this was not covered by insurance; but turns out this was MUCH less money and much less impact to my mouth. Given the research I had done and the recommendations I had received, you can tell that I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in Lucy Hua's office. My teeth and mouth are in much better shape in not going to her practice!

I liked what I was reading about Dr. Yaley's practice and decided to take a chance. I emailed the office explaining my predicament, and received a response in short order from Sonia. She said they had two openings in the coming days and asked which would work better for me. I chose one and sent Sonia my insurance information. When I arrived for my appointment, Sonia had a big smile and all of the paperwork ready. In a matter of minutes, Mary (the hygienist) came out with her own great big smile and brought me back to the room. After getting all settled, Dr. Yaley came in and spoke to me for a few minutes to get acquainted and caught up on my dilemma. Dr. Yaley walked me through my options. Once we agreed on the course of action, Dr. Yaley took incredible care of me during the process - taking all necessary steps to minimize any discomfort - and got me all fixed up and feeling better. Dr. Yaley and her staff are AWESOME! As much as I liked my previous dentist, I was even happier with this team. After a week of constant pain, I couldn't wait any longer to get help. On a Friday night, I (desperately) reached out to any dentists who listed Saturday hours. Dr. Arora responded that same night and rearranged his Saturday schedule to accommodate me. The office was otherwise closed, but he was willing to come in and see me, a brand new patient he had never even met, because I needed help. That meant a lot, and immediately told me he genuinely cares about people, not just appointments on a schedule. Dr. Arora gave careful, clear, clinical explanations of what he was seeing, what was causing my pain, and exactly what needed to be done. He made sure I understood what was going to happen, why he takes the approach he does, and what to expect afterward. I ended up needing two root canals to fix the previous dentist's filling. While no one *enjoys* a root canal, it honestly wasn't nearly as bad as I feared. It did take time - which he told me upfront - because he doesn't rush. My previous dentist had emphasized how quickly he could get me in and out, so it was actually refreshing to be treated by someone who prioritizes doing it properly. What really stood out is that while Dr. Arora's practice absolutely has modern technology, he clearly relies on skill and judgment first. It felt like being treated by someone who truly understands dentistry, not someone just following what a machine tells them to do. Dr. Mohan created a treatment plan to get my gums healthy again and connected me with Christian as my dental hygienist, who is honestly a magician! Thanks to both of them, my gum health improved so much over time. Once my gums were finally in a great place, Dr. Mohan did composite bonding to fill the black triangles just in time for my wedding. The results completely transformed my smile. I could not stop smiling on my wedding day! Today I had a deep cleaning with Donna, And she was so patient and welcoming and knowledgeable, and you can feel the pride in her work and the happiness it brings her to not only help people with their dental hygiene, but also educate people on her expertise and empower people to have a better understanding of why things happen with our teeth and gums and the best practices to maintaining our oral health. I even requested to see her again specifically, which meant switching around my schedule appointment, because I had such a stellar time with her.
