For years I went without seeing a dentist. I wanted good looking teeth and knew I had a couple…read moreproblems that probably needed to be fixed, but for fear of shots, potential surgery and financial concerns I let things go. All of that was rectified when I took a chance by going in to see Dr. Johnny and his team of professionals. - Years later now I look back and I'm so thankful to God first and foremost, myself for having courage and Bay Breeze Dental for being the dentist office of integrity and understanding that they are. - They didn't make me feel embarrassed by my dental condition, I felt very at ease, welcomed and accepted. I had no insurance at the time, but they were accommodating by setting me up on a payment that was within my monthly budget. - Most importantly they played more of a key role than I think they even realize in helping me create and live out a better life. Something very good emerges from within you when you don't feel embarrassed about the way your mouth looks. You feel free to talk with people, even up close. You can give a loved one a kiss and not hope they're not thinking how disgusting your mouth looks. - Maybe those insecurities were only my own, but I doubt it. When you have a positive self image, you can better be who you are in life, in the world, and not spend any of your mental cpu wondering about things you don't have to stress about. You don't hold yourself back from opportunities from fear of what people will think of they see you up close. - Of coarse dental health is only one part of living life in a positive and productive way - but I can say from experience - it does have an impact on everything else you do and not just mentally but physically, in a literal way. I never knew how big of an impact my oral health had on my entire health overall... thanks to Dr. Johnny and his team, I do now! I definitely have my forever dentist, only hopefully just for routine checkups! - Highly recommend @bay_breeze_dental in Pleasanton, CA. Consistent, honest and top quality work for years now. If you're needing a regular dentist, checkups, or major work I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Johnny and his team. They are truly awesome!

Their billiing is certainly a mess. More than once I receive invoice that owning them treatment fees, after the visit. Amounts around $200 each time. It can come in after the quotes show an out-of-pocket amount that I fully paid upon the day of visit. There are visits that I checked and was informed that insurance should cover 100%, but no an invoice follows up with $200 owing to them. NO apologies or anything that says the initial estimate was in error. They just go 'you have to pay this amount' period. I use their service for more than 10 years. They were excellent initially. Of course, dentists do a lot of procedures and there will always be someone who is unhappy and leave a bad review. You have to take that with a grain of salt. In my case, after I moved from SF to Pleasanton I was looking for a dentist out here. At a neighborhood party, I noticed one of my neighbors went straight to desert and started eating a plate of sugary foods. I figured he must have a good dentist, so I asked for a referral. He sent me to Drs. Andre and Judson. That was five years ago. The hygienists are fantastic, and I've been to several of them. I finally had an old filling replaced by Dr. Andre, and she did it without novocaine. I was stunned, but she was insistent it would go well. I did yelp at one point, but it was very quick, and she moved on to another part of the tooth. My 40-year-old silver is gone and replaced by a nice tooth-colored filling. She was very good during the procedure, explaining everything, giving me little breaks, and the final work feels great. And I didn't have to spend three hours drooling because of the numbing medicine. So good office staff, good hygienists, good quality work, nice folks. Not sure what else you need in a dentist.

Their professionalism and expertise were immediately evident they truly know exactly what they are doing. The care I received was thoughtful, precise, and reassuring. Within just a couple of hours, Dr. Wu handed me the mirror and my teeth were restored. I immediately cried tears of relief and gratitude. Every single staff in the office was incredibly professional, kind and compassionate. I was met with reassurance, warmth, and even hugs, all reminding me that everything was going to be okay.
