The tech that helped me pick out glasses was great too. The only reason I gave it four stars is because they did not have a good selection of glasses. I couldn't hardly find any I liked, but I did find a pair. They are very similar to the ones I have now, and I wanted something a little different.

Took them back in. Was told the screw was stripped. They fixed, gave them back and were crooked. Lady went to readjust them and lens popped out on her. Lol. Then I got charged $10 for new screws. Just got them back today. Will see how they are now.

I was told they were not needed. A few days later I get a call saying they need the frames! I live 25 miles away and am working when they're open. Needless to say, I had to take time off of work. Took time off for the appointment, now to bring frames and soon to pick up frames. It cost me a lot of money. They finally apologized after I made mention that they couldn't even apologize. If it was a mistake, then say you made a mistake! Don't keep making excuses and making me pay for it.

The staff was friendly and competent and Dr. Macha correctly diagnosed her eye infection and prescribed Rx's that has given her relief. I decided to take her to Riley for a second opinion, the Riley dr got her bad eye 20/20, also told us she absolutely doesn't have a lazy eye! We got a new prescription for her glasses. When I took them back into dr Wilson's office they refused to fix them. Dr Wilson said that he didn't want he seeing 20/20 and that he never once said she had a lazy eye! To say that we are mad and disappointed is an understatement! I have talked to the Riley dr and he said that it makes no since why he wouldn't want her seeing 20/20 except he was just trying to make more money off of us because he wanted us to come back every 4 weeks to "check" her lazy eye! I will NEVER take my kids back!
