Yes thing's here are a little more expensive, unfortunately so is gasoline. The staff here is always been friendly and helpful, they don't always have exactly what I need but in a lot of cases they have enough product to do a work around and they are local. I like to support the local community that is essentially supporting me. They do have a large variety of goods in their store, I've never purchased their garden plants but they always look much better than the box stores.

The sales rep was professional and did a great job in measuring correctly.. I can't say same for budget blinds up north (different store-region). The salesman didn't try to upsell us and listened to what we were looking On the day of installation, I believe his name was Bill, installed all the blinds by himself. He would only bring I couple of sets at a time and remove the packing from the house until he was ready for the next set. He kept the house clear of clutter and did an excellent job doing the install. Bill was professional and polite. I highly recommend. Blinds are high quality and are reasonably priced. The only negative was the time between order and installation which is on the manufacturer end. Due to the nature of blinds they were manufactured in two cities and one manufacturer was backed up. However, to the Budget Blind salesman's credit, he made it clear of the wait time when we ordered.

My wife and I were riding our ebikes today on the Cardinal Greenway in Muncie when I noticed her…read morerear wheel was REALLY wobbling back and forth (I may have clipped it SLIGHTLY with my Jeep.....) Anyway, we rode up to Kirks and one of the service guys was standing out on the sidewalk by the door. He asked what we needed and we showed him the wheel. He immediately took the bike in and pulled the wheel to true it up. He wasn't able to true it (okay, maybe I more than SLIGHTLY clipped it...). About 20 minutes later they had a new wheel installed and we were on our way. The price was very fair and it was great that they were able to fix it while we waited. They really took care of us!
