Everyone who works directly with him is great unfortunately they've hired zombies for the front desk and any testing or scheduling you have before you get to him. The atmosphere in the office is just awful cold unwelcoming silent... just not good. Fortunately, the doctor is excellent. I'm using my phone now without any glasses and my eye was a mess. It is no longer a mess it's great. He's caring and thorough and skilled. Every person that works with him is pleasant reassuring, informative everything you could possibly want in a doctor but as I said, you have to get past the zombies first.

I decided to take her to Riley for a second opinion, the Riley dr got her bad eye 20/20, also told us she absolutely doesn't have a lazy eye! We got a new prescription for her glasses. When I took them back into dr Wilson's office they refused to fix them. Dr Wilson said that he didn't want he seeing 20/20 and that he never once said she had a lazy eye! To say that we are mad and disappointed is an understatement! I have talked to the Riley dr and he said that it makes no since why he wouldn't want her seeing 20/20 except he was just trying to make more money off of us because he wanted us to come back every 4 weeks to "check" her lazy eye! I will NEVER take my kids back!

They sent frames and prescription in. Told me that they would put a rush order in because I waited so long. Normally takes two weeks for this. Waited another month before I got the call saying they just came in. Went to clean lenses three days later, and the right lens came out. I put it back in, and this happened a few times. Took them back in. Was told the screw was stripped. They fixed, gave them back and were crooked. Lady went to readjust them and lens popped out on her. Lol. Then I got charged $10 for new screws. Just got them back today. Will see how they are now.
