It's stacked wall-to-ceiling with jars and packets of British sweets. For the non-British people, this is also worth a visit, for a true taste of Britain. Of course, you pay a handsome sum for the chance to eat proper British food (including Marmite), but in my book, it's worth every penny.

Expect a friendly greeting from the Welsh lady who's on the counter and get lost in the selection of stuff you'd forgotten you'd missed. Apart from Taste Ireland, which I have also reviewed there is nowhere that I have come across that has as much selection as these guys. While it is mostly sweets and confectionery there is a huge selection of grocery items available too. You name it they pretty much have it. from washing up liquids, to powders, sauces, stuffing, cordials, soft drinks and football merchandise as well. They have all kinds of strange, counter-intuitive packaging... like flavoured popcorn in what appear to be milk cartons! Chocolate-covered nuts in beakers! Candy-coated chocolate in test-tubes! It's magnificent. The sales assistants strut around in their lab coats, presumably to further confuse (and excite) unsuspecting patrons. With such an awesome idea and execution, the candied treats are, of course, a little more expensive than average, but that was to be expected. This is a great once-in-a-while indulgence.
