From the moment we called them they were responsive. Both Mark and Don are a pleasure to work with. The work was IMPECCABLE!! And I am a hard customer. they tore out a wall, had the engineer over before that was even done. Our walls were just on studs - the framing was done in 4 days. Not to mention the fact that they were honest. They told me what services I should use them for and when I shouldn't use them. The day before my flooring was supposed to get installed the contractor I hired (not through them) bailed. I called them up and they had a contractor for me by the end of the day and he was there 2 days later to lay my floor. And by the way only went over budget by 2% and that is because we had extra work done not in the original scope. If I am a betting woman, I think they only charges us cost for that.. I just can't say enough about Mark and Don and all Of the contractors that work with them. If you want your Basement or bathroom done affordably and impeccably then I suggest you use them. Please call them and they can give you our number so we can hush some more. AMAZING!!! But don't try to get over on them. Javier, who was fully involved with the whole project from the beginning is a thorough professional with a great competent team. They did complete remodeling of our kitchen, including new cabinets, quartz countertops and an island with a quartz top. They also did all the electrical work, plumbing, and painting. Except for the appliances and the light fixture all other material was supplied by Mirror Image. In addition to the kitchen remodeling, we also had one room floor and partial stairway carpet replaced with wood. The whole main floor was sanded and refinished completely.
