We always had this unexplained tension in our backs and we just never could shake it. Ever since we saw videos of people "cracking" their backs at a chiropractor, we were intrigued by the idea and decided to try one out. Luckily, we found this place. We have not had any other experience with a chiropractor, but the results are all that really matters. Not only that, Dr. Sarabi was nice, humble, soft-spoken, and really delicate as to make sure you know each and every step as he progresses to the adjustment. He was definitely client-oriented and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we entered the office to the moment we left. I loved the examination where it was truly un-invasive. He explained why I was feeling the pain I was feeling and how to correct it. He even explained to me what the graph was showing me. Then it was directly to the "cracking" which was what I had imagined. What I did not imagine was the feeling we both had when we walked outside. It felt like the world's weight was lifted from our shoulders. We felt lighter and more clear headed. I felt like I just gained 50% more lung space to breathe. It was truly worth the money to go in for a chiropractic adjustment and I am glad that I had Dr. Sarabi to work with. The location is not bad as well since it is near some shopping complexes and fast-casual/fast-food locations. I definitely recommend a try here if you were ever thinking of going to a chiropractor.

Explaining my insurance doesn't cover maintenance visits, then charged me my $50 insurance copay for something that is not covered. Yeah, it made no sense to me either. Be cautious. They went…read moreabove and beyond to make sure he was as comfortable as possible during his 2 months there for rehab. The nurses were attentive and kind 24/7. The doctors took time to listen and care about his needs physically as well as emotionally. His wounds were treated with great care and healed so well. The Child Life Staff encouraged the whole family and made time in the hospital more bearable (because no one wants to be in the hospital) The physical and occupational therapists were outstanding and encouraging when mobility was difficult. The reception area in the office has a number of automated kiosks which make checkin pretty fast, and there are counters for in-person checkin. Receptions-staff is welcoming. The wait was pretty short, with an on-time start to my appointment. The Board-Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist was an experienced professional with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. There was comprehensive communication about my situation, the custom therapeutic plan that I will be provided, and the physiological reasoning. I felt listened-to and well-cared-for. There is equipment in this facility for more extensive work, but I didnt use that on this visit. There's plenty of parking in a dedicated lot. There's a nice deli with an outside entrance to the right of the main entrance. There's a directory and elevators just inside the building. The shared areas are clean and bright.

She uses movement and heat to allow the muscles to relax before her adjustments. The X-rays she took were much better than my spine doctor's office. Her review of them helped me understand why I had pain and how the treatment plan would strengthen my body to reduce/remove pain. My daily exercises support my monthly adjustments.

I started seeing her when I was 7.5 months pregnant; and because of the adjustments she's made and the exercises she's taught me to do, a month later my pain is nearly gone--something that I never thought would happen in my third trimester! I only wish I had started to see her earlier, because for a long time I really thought my only options as my OB stated were Tylenol (largely ineffective) and a belly belt. What I also didn't realize was that my insurance (CareFirst PPO) would cover so much chiropractic treatment--20 visits annually with just a copay. If you're on the fence, meet with Dr. Jensen. His office can do x-rays and Dr.Lee uses the results to determine adjustments needed. He accepts my insurance. His no frills office setting has a recovery area and adjustment room. First you get changed into loose top and shorts and then get adjusted with consultation first. Then you head to the recovery room where various heat or other electric pulse therapy is applied to the pain areas. I like to snooze briefly then. Each appointment takes about an hour for adjustment and recovery. Once my acute pain areas were treated, I switched over to maintenance mode for monthly adjustments I.e. tune up.
