If some part of my body (often hip or shoulder) feels sore or tender, for example, he takes time to explain what is causing the problem, then does a variety of different things. It really feels good when he stretches the muscles (or whatever soft tissue it is) and that releases something that makes the tight or painful area feel warm and looser. If a nerve is pinched (that's probably not the correct term but it's close enough) it always amazes me how he can locate the problem and improve it, or totally fix it, often in just one visit. In other words, he finds the source of the pain and knows what to do to alleviate it. If two or three months pass by and I haven't had anything feel "off," sometimes I'll go just to get a "tune up." I always feel better when I leave. He also gives pointers about how to move or run or sit or whatever so that the cause of the problem can be avoided. They have a therapist who teaches stretches and exercises, based on Dr. Todd's instructions. I love when I get electric stim and a warm moist heat pad - it is so relaxing and it helps very much if something is sore. Whenever one of our kids has a sprain or an injury, we see Dr. Todd first to get an assessment of their situation and then he'll recommend what to do next, which sometimes involves getting an x-ray to see if they broke a bone, but not always. He teaches the kids how to apply the My kids have learned how to heal from injuries and pain in a healthy way thanks to Dr. Todd. He treats the "whole" patient and is truly kind and caring. Everyone I've referred to him has told me nothing but great things. He has helped a lot of my friends and family with many different types of problems over many years. I hope he never moves away!

I made an appointment with Dr. Rowe as a new patient, based on another one of his patient's…read morerecommendation, because I was having pretty bad back pain. I am normally a bit hesitant about seeing chiropractors, but decided to go for it. I was able to get an appointment the following week- they offered me several different days/times- and I completed the new patient paperwork packet found online. When I arrived, they were very friendly and organized. They processed my insurance and went over my insurance benefits with me ahead of time, which was great. Dr. Rowe was great- he spent some time examining me and explaining what was going on. After we came up with a plan, he asked me if I wanted to start treatment, and I said yes. We did some electrotherapy, stretching, and manipulation. I walked out feeling great, and he's fixed about 85-90% of the issues/pain I was having! I'm going back next week- he thought I'd need a few visits to fix it- and he gave me a few exercises to do at home in the meantime. Overall, two thumbs up!
