I've now had multiple treatments here and really appreciate the time Dr Khan takes to thoroughly assess each tooth to provide the right treatment plan. The facility is great and very well run. There are tvs in each room, modern equipment such as 3d handheld teeth scanners for more precise /comfortable imaging (I've ordered 2 night guards that fit great the first time they were made vs other offices where they've had to be redone, and the tooth images for fillings/crowns have been high quality showing the problem from multiple clear angles), and all of the office staff wear ear radios to communicate and get the patients in and out quickly. Unlike other offices that sometimes are eager to perform any procedure if there is a hint of problem, Dr Khan truly seems to look out for the patients interest and will choose to monitor teeth if there isn't an urgent need to work on them or suggest less invasive treatments (ie filling Vs crown) in attempts to minimize tooth surface loss.

He allayed my concerns by informing me that he would administer sufficient numbing of the area. He did and he massaged the area as well. He frequently asked if I was alright and assured me during the process. Surprisingly, I felt no pain or discomfort. I was so calm and relieved during the process. On my follow-up visit, Yessi did a phenomenal job! She removed my temporary crown seamlessly with swift action. She was relentless in assuring that the crown fit correctly allowing for flossing clearance. I loved how she worked. This young lady was quite proficient and professional and did it in record time! My experience was terrific. I highly recommend this practice. The office staff is also very welcoming and attentive. I am very pleased with this practice.

Can I tell you after coming here how much I am kicking myself in the tush?! This office is the most professional, exceptional wonderful place that I have ever experienced in my life !! The first thing that was a shocker was that the dentist actually does a cancer check he checked my mouth. He checked my tongue. He checked everything and that was a total shocker because I've never in my life. Had that happened before. . Today I had two cavities refilled and having asthma I have a strong smell for everything. My nose is very sensitive and all I could smell was clean. Everything was so clean. . Not an overwhelming smell, but a sanitary clean and I was so relaxed and comfortable.. I'm selfish and don't want to Share my new secret place, but I have told so many coworkers and friends about Dr Tyler . He is truly a professional. They do not do well at supporting patients with sensory issues or dental anxiety, or conditions like TMJ that make dental visits difficult. With new patients they are kinder, but with every visit I have made they have become less supportive and less accommodating. My last cleaning was extremely unpleasant and I was shamed into not taking breaks over the course of multiple procedures and fittings even though holding my jaw open causes my TMJ to flare. Then there's the high-pressure upselling. For several years, the dentists and hygienists at this practice have been trying to get me to buy a dental-grade night guard out of pocket, even though I had an over-the-counter one I had been happy with. I finally agreed because they told me it would help my gums and that I would face severe consequences if I did not "make the investment." I had to pay $750 (!!!) out of pocket. When the night guard arrived, it was so bulky and uncomfortable that I could not get a good night's sleep in it and I woke in the morning with severe jaw pain on both sides of my jaw. I went back to have it adjusted and suddenly I was being told that having a night guard means sleeping with your mouth open and accepting dry mouth, that jaw pain often gets worse at first, and that I would have to accept some bad sleep in order to become accustomed to the night guard. I cannot stress enough that this was NOT disclosed to me prior to when I made the purchase. Since the practice knew about my sensory and dental anxiety issues, I feel strongly that they should have talked to me about what the night guard would be like before pushing me to buy it. When I explained the above, the practice offered me only a partial refund, which would mean that I spent hundreds of dollars on nothing. I feel my trust was taken advantage of and I would encourage others to look for a different practice.
