Pad kee nao
Aubrey L.

I have ordered from here twice now and the food has consistently been tasty! I ordered soup with chicken and noodles and pad kee nao. The soup portion was massive and but the noodle dish came with much less. The flavors were all great but the spring rolls were just average. I will continue to try out their dishes

Great food, lovely service, and fresh local ingredients. Would recommend to anyone looking for authentic Thai in Southeast Ohio.

Came in for lunch for the first time…read more We ordered: Crab Rangoons 4 piece Chicken lo mein spice level 5 Tofu fried rice spice level 5 And 1 Pepsi. Server was sweet and caring. Atmosphere was open with natural light coming inside. The food was amazing. Crab Rangoons were crispy and creamy inside. I got some more spice for my tofu fried rice. The price for two people was $40.00. I will definitely come back to Siam Thai.

I should start by saying I used to love this restaurant. I was thrilled a Thai place opened in…read moreAthens where the Laab Gai came with sticky rice, the green beans with garlic were awesome, and the curries were all good. Perhaps if you are interested in dining in some of these things remain although the abandonment of sticky rice a few years back was the start of me opting for making Thai at home or seeking it out when I traveled. But last week's experience trying to get carryout is what prompts me to write this review now. For the second time, I could not get anyone to answer the phone when trying to order takeaway. Both times I frustratingly went to order in person and wait. The first time "the ringer was off" and they quickly got my order in. Last week, the answer was "when we are busy in the restaurant, we don't answer the phone." And putting in an order for take out now would likely take 30-40 minutes. So I opted for something else that day and share so others don't have to experience the frustration (and amazement) at a restaurant just not answering the phone when they are busy. I understand food ingredients are more expensive, service sector staffing is difficult and perhaps they were just a chef down that day. But at least make up an excuse, don't just share in the most cynical of ways, we just ignore phone orders when it gets busy.

Absolutely love their spring rolls and Gyoza also! The dipping sauces are to die for! I tried a new roll..to be truthful can't remember the name right now. Noel had the panther roll and the Philly roll. They were good. I know mine had spicy salmon in it. It was very good! Definitely going back! I love the miso soup!

The waiter was very friendly and welcoming. They got all our drinks and gave us time to look things up. We spilled a drink and the were on it quickly. They made sure our table wasn't sticky. Very attentive staff. We also told the staff that it was my Dads birthday and he got a free chocolate cake that was really yummy according to all the kids the inside was really nice. Wasn't too bright, which I just personally don't like when I'm eating. It was dark by any means. It had a nice warm-ish feeling. There was an area inside where you could see the staff cooking the food. I thought they'd cook at your table but they don't. There's just a bar like area where they cook the hibachi stuff. They also offer sushi which I wasn't sure of. The food was really good. The kids even approved. The only down side was the prices. They were a tad bit pricey for me but, it is a really nice place to go to once in a while.

I've lived here for a long time and used to be a frequent customer. Ten years ago, this was one of…read morethe best restaurants in town. Unfortunately, the quality has steadily declined over the years. I've never wanted to leave a negative review, but this place really needs help. After eating here, I experienced severe food poisoning symptoms, including diarrhea and extreme fatigue, and I lost an entire day being sick. The restaurant has become noticeably dirty, from the overall environment to the food itself. I even found a hair in my meal. This place needs a thorough renovation and better management. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

Large private parking lot and the building appears to have been an old "Hut" style building with the chimney and brick front. The doors are definitely from a different era. Upon entry notice the place was fairly dark and I dare say dingy. The aged greasy carpet. The old Asian decor. Just screamed run. Then the hostess came up and was very friendly but a bit countercultural by rural southern standards. She knew her stuff though and was an absolute awesome waitress. Not sure I saw anyone else working out front. She seated you took your order and brought you your food she seemed to know the locals. Then the roll's appeared! Wow awesome surprise. And they tasted good so huge win. So I deducted a star for cleanliness but this place food wise and service wise is five star. Sorry I had a pix of the very nice rolls but deleted them as I thought I had already made this post.

Went there for lunch, friend recommended…read more I went there once before, it said open at 11am, and...is not So this is the second time, giving them a second chance. First of all, if you never been here before, you just going to keep on driving, even tho is located in a plaza , big parking lot, but if you look at all businesses in the plaza, all are signs "open", welcoming, here? Is all super dark, windows are all cover, more like a sign saying "go away" we closed When I walked in, I just stood there, no one greeted me, no host by the front. One of the server saw me and told me to take a seat anywhere. I'm only there for lunch, so I look at the lunch menu. Now here is the thing. I believe every restaurant should only serve one type of food, meaning if you want to serve Chinese food, Chinese food only, if you want to serve Steak, Steak and Lobster only, don't do Thai and so Italian or Vietnamese and Gyro, this place is Chinese and...Thai, and they got a Mexican serving me, okay, is like so what are you? Friend of mine told me they also serve Vietnamese coffee, I asked, he said only Thai coffee, okay, no big deal. Ordered a drink, asked for a a straw, nope, don't have it, asked me if I want a to go cup, a restaurant don't have straw? Thats your only one job, order everything you need for the "restaurant". To me, that's a very poor management, because when you owing a business, you do not and never wait until everything is out to reorder, when ever your products are running low, not out, you reorder Poor experience
