After receiving the new prescription, we paid $484 (with insurance) for glasses that turned out to be unusable. My husband cannot see clearly with them and actually sees much better with his old glasses. At the follow-up appointment, we explained the issue but were told, "this is the best we can do." No meaningful solution was offered, and we were later given the same prescription as the old glasses. We were also informed that no refund is possible. As retirees on a fixed income, this is a significant loss for us. The only positive part of this experience was Alicia in the optical department, who truly tried to help and was very professional. Sadly, due to how this was handled, we cannot recommend this location

Dr. Perry pointed out a retina ripple and the start of macular degeneration in my left eye which was not detected by another ophthalmologist had seen before being referred to Dr. Perry for a second opinion.
