She worked with Robert Allen Green MD on the cutting edge of bio identical hormone replacement and works with compounding pharmacies to educate other health professionals on thyroid and natural hormone replacement treatments for women. On a routine follow up, Judith picked up an atrial fibrillation in my heart on a recent check up-- something my primary care physician missed completely. She referred me to a cardiologist immediately--- and helped me to get medical attention that was urgently needed. I can't thank Judith and her nurse, Karen, enough for her wonderful care!

The doctor's response was to deny my co-pay refund, slap on a "chronic care" fee and put not just one late fee but two for their offices lack of cooperation with my insurance company. The doctor's sent a letter to me threatening to turn me into my professional board because they think I used non-public resources to send them a letter requesting my refund to their home. All you have to do is google "Home address for each doctor" and their address comes up. Fascinating that $70 was more important than a happy patient and that their intire process, staff and they are the problem. I really thought it was the gate keepers, but it is the doctor's. This is how they make their money. Causing undo stress so they can create the "chronic care" fee. Do not go here if you want to get better. The patient does not come first in this establishment and they care more about money than anything else. Off to small claims court to not only get my $70 bucks back but now the late fees.

I was over billed and called the billing dept to look into the issue, they did and agreed that I was not billed correctly. This was for a doctors visit in July 2016. I am still waiting for the refund which they keep saying will be issued next Tuesday. Many calls later, still no refund. It is now December, they still say that I should get my refund which will go out next Tuesday. They have told me this twice already. Still waiting for my $196. Don't believe they will ever give it back to me even though they admit I should receive a refund. So, other than their billing incompetence, it is a good clinic. Just hold on to your wallet when you pay co-pays and deductibles. They will probably screw up the billing. Thanks Mike, but apparently you did not read my review, I have been in touch with your billing dept for five months. There is no disagreement that I will get a refund, Steve in your billing office has told me that I will get a full refund. The issue is that it takes five months for your business office to go through it's processes. Still haven't received my refund. Just keep running into people like you that choose not to advocate for the patient and defer to your incompetent billing offices. I know it will happen eventually, but don't you think waiting for my money (not my insurance companies money) for five months is excessive. Instead of giving me billing dept phone numbers that I obviously have used many times, why don't you look into my account and get a better understanding what your patients have to go through. That would be real patient centered care. In regards to phone numbers, Dignity has my phone number, give me a call, maybe I can clarify the issue better than I have done here.
