Just hold on to your wallet when you pay co-pays and deductibles. They will probably screw up the billing. There is no disagreement that I will get a refund, Steve in your billing office has told me that I will get a full refund. The issue is that it takes five months for your business office to go through it's processes. Still haven't received my refund. Just keep running into people like you that choose not to advocate for the patient and defer to your incompetent billing offices. I know it will happen eventually, but don't you think waiting for my money (not my insurance companies money) for five months is excessive. Instead of giving me billing dept phone numbers that I obviously have used many times, why don't you look into my account and get a better understanding what your patients have to go through. This guy was my doctor and I am so glad that I don't have to deal with his over the top rude personnel, his lack of caring or any sort of bedside manner. The people at the front desk are the worst our family has ever encountered. There just are not enough words to describe it. Avoid this practice if you value professionalism.

The negative about the Prestige Team is the scheduling. You can't schedule more than a month out and you can't schedule until two weeks prior the following month. I am within the two week window to schedule for next month and our Dr has no availability. It more like a first come first serve thing. So be aware of this if your anything like me who likes to schedule in advance. My rating is based on the scheduling.
