I wear monthly contact lenses and I do have a poor habit of sleeping with them on. Knowing that last year, she had prescribed me a higher quality of monthly contact lenses. Good news: my eyeballs are healthy. Her team is very competent and I really appreciated them reviewing my insurance plan benefits ahead of the appointment to ensure we knew what the plan was okay with this year. At that point, I requested my insurance and credit card back and left without being seen. The recurring themes in other reviews--extended delays, administrative inefficiency, and payment-first aggressiveness--were directly experienced. If you read the other reviews here -- believe them. I can confirm. Patients should be aware: expect significant delays, unclear billing practices, and a process that does not reflect a well-managed clinical environment.

I was greeted immediately and just had to update a few privacy papers through HIPPA. Dr.Mignogna had me in pretty quickly. A painless, thorough eye exam with some of his typical humor went pretty fast and I felt confident with my results. My favorite part is the air puff to the eye, it's like riding a roller coaster but not knowing when it's going to drop. Lastly the wonderful ladies helped me pick out a few glasses (nice selection I must say) and humored me while I tried to make them laugh with some that did not suit me.
