I wear monthly contact lenses and I do have a poor habit of sleeping with them on. Knowing that last year, she had prescribed me a higher quality of monthly contact lenses. Good news: my eyeballs are healthy. Her team is very competent and I really appreciated them reviewing my insurance plan benefits ahead of the appointment to ensure we knew what the plan was okay with this year. The front counter and waiting area were disorganized, unclear billing logic, and zero respect for scheduled appointment time. Dr. Howard Kushnick was present but disengaged from the breakdown occurring at the front desk, while basic patient intake remained completely unresolved. At that point, I requested my insurance and credit card back and left without being seen. The recurring themes in other reviews--extended delays, administrative inefficiency, and payment-first aggressiveness--were directly experienced. If you read the other reviews here -- believe them.
