I've been to doctors where they talk down to me or my son. They insult or otherwise make me feel bad for not doing something or another. I've never experienced this here. I called the office and the woman at the front desk argued with me stating I had already rescheduled this and she needed to know why I was doing so again. I explained I had not rescheduled, this was my first time calling the office but she did not believe me. I'm not sure why she was so argumentative or why this mattered. He was nervous to come in as he has never had his eyes checked and she spoke to him like her was stupid and kept sighing like he was an idiot. Berated him for being 5 minutes late when we were actually 15 minutes early but no one was there to help him so we left and came back and she acted like we were idiot children (in our 30s by the way). Also, don't make appointments for 8am then not have the door unlocked for 8am appointments that's asinine. If she were my front desk and a clients first impression I would be incredibly embarrassed.

I didn't have to get my eyes dilated.. (because I had that last year).. and my vision in one eye went down slightly.. 20/15 .. Took advantage of getting a pair of sunglasses (for my upcoming fishing trip).. polarizes and mirrored Ray Bans.. yes it was $300 but I feel it's worth it.. Last time I got the glasses from Costco and they were cheaper, but I had problems with the glasses not fitting.. DH had his appt. and he was having issues with his vision.. After cataract surgery he has been developing that film over the lens..besides that irritation due to allergies.. Glad he had his check up.. Will be getting the laser to remove film and picked up a steroid eye drops. Dr. was very compassionate to his concerns..
