I called the office and the woman at the front desk argued with me stating I had already rescheduled this and she needed to know why I was doing so again. I explained I had not rescheduled, this was my first time calling the office but she did not believe me. I'm not sure why she was so argumentative or why this mattered. He was nervous to come in as he has never had his eyes checked and she spoke to him like her was stupid and kept sighing like he was an idiot. Berated him for being 5 minutes late when we were actually 15 minutes early but no one was there to help him so we left and came back and she acted like we were idiot children (in our 30s by the way).
