The next day came and went, no call at all. Called again the next day and spoke to Michaela. She wasn't able to pull up my prior information taken down by Sarah from the prior day. I was a tad annoyed having to repeat all of the information again. She said the tech would call me from 7AM to 5PM on May 31st, as the next available would be on the 30th, since they are overbooked. She said there would be charge of $105 for the look over and anything over that if required. I told the staffer that all day is a ridiculously long window to be waiting for an appointment. The day of my appointment to look at my air conditioner. I did notice a missed call two hours later from a phone I didn't recognize, while I was stuck in meetings. I called back promptly, they told me since I didn't get back with them quickly, that they had the tech move to the next job. Gave up on me after toe calls.It would I have been great to call me again for a third time since I was stuck in meetings since 7 AM. I wasn't able to get a new solid time slot for the same day. My communication with Aladdin was rough beginning to end. Found myself feeling constantly frustrated and disappointed with every interface.

We called to have our furnace looked at as we had no heat. When the technician came he said the…read morethere was a major part that needed to be replaced but it was under warrantee. It took several days to get the part in and once it was installed I was handed a bill for $2000. I was told that $500 of that bill was to return the old part to the manufacturer. Upon investigating I found out that the manufacturer covers the cost of returning defective parts under warrantee and this repair should have been around $500 to $600. I requested an itemized bill from them and was told that they don't do that and was ignored when I made further inquiries. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We woke up to no heat, made the call to Handy Brothers and within the next half hour at the least Sheldon arrived to face repairs to a twenty odd year old furnace. Within the next hour, he diagnosed and explained the problem, got the heat running, knowledgeably and efficiently answered all our questions, helped us ( through a low-pressure conversation) choose the best replacement furnace for our home and while waiting to be sure the furnace was going to run efficiently, he put a new switch on the fireplace. Great technician and fantastic service from the phone call to this posting. (They have already called to make arrangements to come measure for the new low energy, high efficiency furnace unit).
