The clinic is clean, calm and well organised and the appointments always run smoothly. Harriet actually listens, which is rare these days. I've never felt rushed or dismissed. With my fear of needles she did a fantastic job with my travel vaccines. If you want a GP who genuinely gives a damn, this is the place. I can't recommend it enough. Plus the luas stops right outside which is handy for appointments during work time

Her english is not the best and when this was explained over the phone the receptionist told us they do not take patients who don't speak English and they do not use google translate. They refused to make her an appointment due to her not being able to speak English well over the phone. The colleague who called speaks perfect English and French and could have easily gone to the appointment with her to help translate but the receptionist did not even attempt to make this option available. I am not sure if this is a racist policy of the GP or practice, or if the receptionist is just particularly bitter but this should not have happened regardless. This is not only illegal but very disappointing as health care should be accessible to all, and the HSE will provide translators if needed. Dublin thrives because of tourism, so to expect everyone to speak English to receive health care is unfair and unrealistic.
