I can't say enough good things about DR CLOG & Chris, the owner. He came out here promptly.. He was on time, professional. I had had another plumber come out prior, whom I won't name. I had a kitchen clog that was a grease clog, probably building up for years. This first company came out and quoted me around $2800. There's no outside outlet, and they said a pan couldn't go under the sink pipes and shelf, because it wouldn't fit and their bucket wouldn't fit. They snaked it fifteen feet, which didn't reach the the clog in the pipe and only moved the clog around, making it worse clogging the sink almost completely. So I went on a site, got neighbors recommendations, and I called Chris, at DR CLOG., who was highly recommended.. Of course he shook his head when I told him about the outrageous over 2K price I was quoted. He ran his line 50 feet, reaching, cleaning out & clearing the clog. For around in the neighborhood of a couple hundred dollars , he did an excellent job. He was nice. He was friendly, very knowledgeable. He's really a nice guy as well. I have found my forever plumber. I found him honest, reasonable and he was very pleasant. Happy to answer any questions for me. I'm so very glad to help a small business owner & to find a forever plumber. DR CLOG! It certainly pays to get a second opinion or more. read more

On Sunday, we discovered a leak outside of our house coming from who knows where. After sending out a message to everyone on Yelp nearby who might be able to fix the problem, we got back a message from Chris. He looked at one photo and immediately gave us a price quote for his work, which I appreciated, because a huge puddle of water right next to my front door was not something I wanted to wait around for multiple people to come and then tell me it was going to be out of my budget. Chris then came within 24 hours and immediately got to work. He was very thorough and explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. Turns out, he's has 15 years of experience and has only recently gone out on his own. He stayed true to his original quote as well, because I was worried that after he saw it, it would increase, but he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly from seeing what happened how he would need to fix it. I appreciated his straightforwardness, good-humor, and work ethic. Thank you, Chris! read more

Chris picked up my call about a clogged drain immediately. He quoted a range of rates depending on what type of clog we had (all more than fair), and scheduled service promptly. I always worry plumbers will overcharge, and he could have especially because I was not there, but his price came in at the lowest quoted rate. I love it when you find someone you can trust. He's my go to for now on! Highly recommend! read more

Although I didn't hire Chris to do the job for me, he was very attentive, very respectful, very understanding and quoted me a great price! I had to choose between Chris of Dr. Clog's plumbing and Joshua and Jose from Turtle and Tito's Plumbing. When I told him I had hired somebody else for the job he was not Mean and seemed very understanding. He told me how much he appreciated that I told him the reason why I didn't choose him to show up. So yelpers, I don't have any experience with this young man, but he seemed very kind very polite and I would definitely give him a chance. read more

Sorry it took so long, my bad for sure. I cannot express how pleased I was with Chris' work, his work ethics, his friendliness and the outstanding job he did in a complete re-piping of my mobile home. By far, the best service of any service companies I have ever used regardless of their specialties. I have recommending him to my neighbors who have used him as well and all feel the same way. If you are looking for the very best, no BS plumber and the best job for the best price you can even imagine. Call Chriss at Mr. Clog. I can assure you he will soon become your only plumber read more

Awesome service took care of the problem and very happy with service. Awesome guy would recommend anytime

Chris was very communicative from the moment I reached out to him to schedule a service visit. He is a great listener and carefully explained the details of the service he would be providing to address our plumbing issues. He did a great job in answering the various questions I had which made me feel at ease. His expertise showed in how efficient he completed the jobs at hand to include how he made sure to clean the general area after repair. I hope I never see Chris again (unless, of course, I'd encounter plumbing issues in the future). If that were to occur, I'd know exactly who I'd need to call (like Ghostbusters). You did an awesome job, Chris. We were very pleased with your excellent work quality and customer service! read more
