If you know about those particular cars you know they have a supervised self-driving feature. This is a big deal if you happen to have Parkinson's disease! It's a movement disorder with no cure. It is also a disease that takes away your independence. With that said we took our car to American Detail located at 16634 House & Hahl Road for window tinting and Expel on the entire front of the car. All went well until we started to drive away. The self-driving wouldn't work! We were told that sometimes that can happen for different reasons. We were assured that it would return. However, the problem was my wife needed the self-driving to get home. We went back to American Detail and spoke to Ian about the problem of getting back home. Ian and another employee drove our Tesla home for us in the rain. I just want to highlight this business for their compassion for a couple of customers in their twilight years who needed help getting back home. Now for the quality of work. I have purchased many vehicles and have had tinting installed in every single one, some had imperfections that needed to be addressed. American Details work on our Tesla was perfect. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. Not only did he accommodate me, he explained the cleaning and sanitation process, dropped me back home so I could work. Completed the work the same day and it was spotless and pristine.
